Business Description: Our services include all types of home transitions; whether you're moving, ready for a redesign or need to organize your home... we can help. We specialize in Senior Transitions, helping seniors select their favorite treasures, packing and unpacking all belongings and setting up their new living space in any senior living setting. Their new residence is move-in ready and feels like home. Our packing service is unique in that we consider each item as it's packed. If it's broken or outdated we work with the home owner to decide if it's really something they want to take to their new living space. If not, we will drop off donations to local charities and provide a donation receipt. In addition we handle move coordination & space planning as well as unpacking and complete new home setup; from making beds, setting up kitchens/pantries, organizing closets, placement of furniture, accessories and artwork. To help your home sell for top dollar and quickly we also do home staging. Once we complete a walk-through of your home, we provide a room-by-room report of our recommendations and can immediately begin the staging process to show off the very best features of your home to prospective buyers. We do not contract out any of our services. If a home owner is in need of a service we don't provide, we can refer them to other related businesses that we have personally worked with. No organizing job is too small. Whether you just need your pantry or kitchen organized or your entire home our experienced team will work with the homeowner on systems that fit their life, family and unique needs. All of our services are quoted on an hourly basis; you only pay for the time we actually spend on your job.
