He employs two part-time assistants and will sub-contract some work out, with prior approval from the homeowner. An itemized, free estimate will be provided to all prospective customers so that they can see what the entire job will cost. If further costs are incurred due to unforseen circumstances during the work, then an addendum will be presented to the homeowner for approval before proceeding with the purchase of materials and labor. Labor and materials are charged upon completion with approval from the homeowner. We accept cash, and checks. We will soon be offering credit options for larger projects. Ericson Paint and Home Repair offers a 20% discount on labor for all successful referrels.
