I live in Castleton, which is approximately an hour drive from
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
. I set up an appointment with
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
Ford and he was nothing but amazing throughout the entirety of the 2 week process. As an Angie's List employee and a
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
owner, i ask you to please give this place a shot. I have tried both
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
Rorhman and Butler and bother were below average at best.

I will rate them high on professionalism. The kind of work towards us is very nice. They put in new speed and made sure I still have the luxury of heated seat because that was one of my key point. They did that free for me. I would use them again in the future.

I AM MOST DISGUSTED AT THE WAY WE ARE BEING TREATED AT
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
MOTORS.
1. I HAVE ASKED REPEATEDLY TO HAVE MY BLUE LINK EMAIL CHANGED NOW I FINALLY - SINCE APRIL - HAVE GOTTEN INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO - I GUESS WHEN I HAVE MORE TIME I WILL GET TO IT.
2. A CHARGE FOR BLUE LINK IS ON MY CREDIT CARD - IT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED AND I WANT IT REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. I CONTEND THAT IF MY EMAIL ADDRESS WAS CORRECT TO BEGIN WITH THERE MIGHT HAVE BEEN AN EMAIL LETTING ME KNOW OF THIS CHARGE BUT SINCE ALL MY BLUE LINK INFO GOES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS I WOULD NEVER HAVE SEEN IT.
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
IS HORRIBLE AND THEIR DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE CLOSED - THEY don't KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE AND WE PURCHASED 2 CARS IN 1 DAY - THEY ARE LAZY AND NEVER RISE TO THE OCCASION - THEY EXPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS TO WORK AT THE RELATIONSHIP OF DEALER AND CUSTOMER, BUT THEY don't DO ANYTHING TO HONOR THAT FRAGILE RELATIONSHIP - THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO TAKE AND NEVER GIVE - NOTHING. THEY ARE A POOR EXCUSE FOR A DEALERSHIP AND THEIR FRANCHISE SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY FROM THEM.

Service experience was terrible! I took my Q7 which was bought at the same dealership for service and two complaints. Side view mirrors don't adjust electronically and steering wheel shake at high speeds. Issue 1: The car was kept for 2 days because they couldn't diagnose the issue with mirrors. On 2nd day I was told mirrors are fine but when we went to pick up the car there was no change at all. They kept the car another day then they called saying it would be $600 to fix the motor. I inquired was that for both sides, I was told to wait then told both sides would be $1200! 5 mins on the web told me the issue it took them 3 days to find and also step by step instructions to fix. It takes about an hour to fix and is an easy DIY job. Issue 2: Steering wheel shake, I told them to rotate and balance the tires and paid $80 compared to most places which do it much cheaper thinking they will do a better job. I was told that it was a balancing issue and to try the car. If there was still an issue they would take the tires off the wheels to redo. When I called back saying the issue still exits I was told it would cost $300 to do road force balancing... What a joke! Moral of the story...go there till you are under warranty and

care plan then look somewhere else for service.

I called this company and was told I would receive a call back to set up an appointment to look at some mobile homes. After about a week or so I called the company again. I was told again that i would receive a call back. Another week later still no phone call. I have emailed a boss of the company explaining my experience and frustration but have not heard anything back yet but I sent the email yesterday. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have delayed my home buying progress by weeks.

On March 18, 2012, I bought a pair of Sedici
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
Riding Boots from
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
in Tampa. I liked them so well, that I returned and bought another pair for my son on April 11, 2012. One of the reasons I chose the Sedici’s is because they offered a “Lifetime Guarantee.” When I purchased the boots, I specifically asked the salesman to clarify the “guarantee.” I asked him, “So you’re telling me that if I wear them out, I can return them and you’ll give me a new pair?” He replied, “Yes.” Within 9 months, the soles on both of my boots completely failed. They did not “wear out,” they broke apart. I haven’t worn them since.

On April 19, 2014, my wife and I were in
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
on other business. While there, we spoke to a salesman by the name of “
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
.” I told him about my boots, and he said as long as I had a receipt, returning the boots for a new pair shouldn’t be a problem. I said that I should still have the receipts at home, but asked if he could look up the purchase in their system.
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
looked, but could not find the purchase.

On April 21, 2014, I returned to
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
with the defective boots, receipts for both Sedici purchases, as well as original bank statements showing I had purchased both pairs from
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
. The information on the bank statements matched the original receipts I received from
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
. I presented the boots (just mine, not my son’s) to “
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
,” the salesman. . I also printed out, and presented a
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
ad from the internet for the same boots that said, “Lifetime Guarantee.”

After speaking with
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
for several minutes, and listening to several versions of why the “Lifetime Guarantee” did not apply, he refused to honor the guarantee. Some of his reasons for not honoring the guarantee were that “it was a manufacturer’s warranty,” not theirs, that I had “worn the boots out,” and that’s why they’re not covered,” and that “we
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
’t even carry them anymore.” It should be noted that while at the store on the 19th, there was a pair of Sedici
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
boots in a box, in the boot display area.

Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
did say that he would offer a “percentage discount” if I chose to purchase another pair of boots from a different manufacturer, but did not say what that “percentage” would be. Being quite frustrated at that point, I chose to leave the store.

I do not recall seeing any information from the manufacturer included with my original purchases that further clarified any position
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
, or the Sedici company, may have had concerning the “Lifetime Guarantee” – that’s all it said. Apparently, to
Lone Star Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
, “Lifetime Guarantee” does not mean lifetime guarantee.

Spoke with Customer Service Rep “Kierstyn” online 04/23/2014. She apologized and said she’d forward the information to the store’s operations section.

08/04/2014: I haven’t heard a word back from anyone. It’s very apparent the company does not believe in customer service, either.
