Business Description: Our sales process focuses on matching customer's expectations, goals and needs with the right product. We bring samples to the customers home to help insure the color, texture, and style match the look they envision. Too often we hear of people who purchased a product in a store found out after the installation that the lighting in their home shows the product differently then what they saw in the store. By bringing the sample to our home, we can be sure the look matches your expectations. We do this at no charge - all of our estimates are free.
As part of a national franchise system, we are held to customer service standards that exceed most competitors. As indiviudal owners, we all have a stake in the reputation of every franchise that shares our name and we look to protect that reputation by providing quality service throughout the process.
While we install a good portion of our sales, we do use subcontractors to handle some of the installations. These subcontractors are interviewed and supervised by our Project Coordinator who has 28 years of experience in flooring installations.
