Business Description: Syndicate Audio is the nameplate for my professional audio services. I, Matt Mason, am the owner and only employee. A network of subcontractors who I know and trust are used as necessary. Even so, I am personally involved and on-site with every project that my name is on. A good customer reference is THE only form of advertising that I rely on. For most services I ask that my travel expenses are covered ($.65 / mile). I do not charge for my time preparing a quote and I do not charge an "open" hourly rate. Labor quotes are prepared and should be considered a final price. The exception is when "unforeseeable challenges" are encountered. This is rare as I feel that a good contractor should be able to predict most scenarios. Additional charges are always presented and approved by the customer prior to charging. I am new to Angie's List and am looking forward to building my reputation as a uniquely reliable, capable, and affordable member. I am prepared to offer a special discount of 25% to any Angie's List member in order to more-quickly develop my reputation. I am typically considered to be a renaissance-man and enjoy nothing more than being given the opportunity to solve someone's puzzles. No matter how unique your circumstance, please don't hesitate to ask for my input! I am quick to respond and very knowledgeable of my limitations, therefor, do not be concerned that I enjoy working in countless trades. If I cannot do what you request professionally, I will say so immediately - respecting your time and my own.
