I started my career as a roofing contractor in 1980 at the family company. I attened a 4 year carpenter apprenticeship and was trained on the job by a 20 + year Knipp career employee. My union training and 13 years of daily on the roof experience prepared me for the task of opening my company in Texas after following my wifes career to Texas in 1993.
