"Came the next day after I called. Presented options and pros and cons of each brand. Committed to do the job on a handshake with no paperwork and no money down!" Two days later it was ready and installed. We received a thorough orientation to the machinery and were told that help was available 24/7. My husband's physical therapist was very impressed.

did a great job, is very profesional, personable and explained how to use the electrial was installed in the wrong place but was moved to correct location. I just have to fill the holes in the wall. It's a little challenging to reach

I was a little nervous because after I called a week before the appointment I hadn't heard anything from them the day of, but I needn't have worried. I called them just to make sure, and they assured me the ride was on the way and just as I hung up, they arrived, right on time. I rode along and was impressed at how skilled and polite the driver was. Dad really loved the feeling of security, as he did not have to transfer, his wheelchair was strapped down, and he also had a safety belt. Driver got a little lost following Siri on the way back, but we enjoyed taking the scenic route and there's no "meter" so they stuck to the quote they had given us. I used them again to transport Dad back to

living after he was discharged from the hospital at the end of March. Drivers are friendly, respectful, and careful. I would recommend these guys. Some of the other residents of Dad's

living used their services too. Their rates were competitive, lower than several others I looked at on the internet.

It was a very difficult time in our lives;

They did an awesome job and we cannot even distinguish between the old door frame, etc. with the new. The door, frames and thresholds are just perfect. No problem with bathroom access.

When the ground thawed (took just a few weeks) they came out and dug out the area and put in the concrete in just a couple of days. They finished installing the lift on 4/3/15. They also installed 2 ramps over a couple of thresholds in the house through the dining room and a bedroom. All of the guys that worked with

During the evalutation and measuring for the scooter, I discussed with the representative that I wanted some upgrades to the scooter - lights, high back seat, etc. No details were decided on, but they were aware that upgrades were desired. Once the scooter was approved by my insurance company, I simply received a call from
Katy Handicap Equipment Stores Provider Name Locked
that they had the scooter and were ready to deliver it. When I asked about the upgrades I had wanted, they assured me that the scooter had the upgrades. when they delivered the scooter, it did not have the upgrades. I asked again about the upgrades. The person delivering the scooter said they would check and let me know. They did not contact me again about the upgrades. When I called and asked about at least getting the high back seat, I was told that they couldn't do it as an upgrade since the scooter had already been delivered and that it would cost over $1000 to purchase the high back seat.
The last communication I had from them was them calling me to get the serial number from the scooter. I didn't answer or call them back - didn't want to deal with them further. They actually came to my house to get the serial number. You would think they would have gotten that information prior to delivering the scooter.
I later found out that my Grandmother had dealt with them in the past. There was a billing error. When she asked them about it, they told her that it was too late to do anything about it. Wish she had told me about this before I contacted them.
I how need service on the scooter. I will not be contacting
