"It was very easy to obtain an appointment with Dr.
although he does have limited office hours. The wait time at the office was longer than I'd have liked but not unacceptable. His staff were pleasant and friendly.
...more was approachable and friendly. I'd rate his bedside manner very highly. He explained everything to me at my consultation and gave me the opportunity to ask questions.
My procedure was done in surgery at the
Community Hospital. Everything went well. I was very frightened but the Dr and the surgical staff were very reassuring and did a good job.
My only negative thoughts about the experience are concerning my level of anxiety. Should I ever go through another procedure like this I will request anxiety medication on the day of the procedure. I did not this time and it by the time I was really anxious, it was probably too late.
I had no complications during or after the procedure.
I would return to Dr.
in the future should I need a surgeon."

"Office staff was friendly and professional. I was able to get in much more quickly than other retina specialists I'd tried. They did a details scan of my retina, discussed potential causes, treatments, and side effects. I returned the next day for ...more a shot - they are not allowed to keep the medication in their office. I've returned twice for additional shots. My vision improves after each shot. The doctors and staff are all friendly and professional, clearly informing me about my condition, procedures, etc. "

"The procedure was done professionally and quickly in the doctor's exam room. While it was painful for the first 36 hours, it became much more comfortable as time went on. Within a week all pain and discomfort were gone. It was wonderful! The relief is fantastic."
"The surgery went very well and the level of care that I've received from Dr.
has been excellent. He takes the time to answer questions in detail and discusses options. I highly recommend him. His staff is excellent, friendly, and competent. You may wait a while to be seen because he spends time with his patients, but ...more he is worth waiting for."
"Being new to the area, I needed a doctor right away for a routine well-visit in order for my child to attend school in the area.
and Associates was the first place I found and have been very pleased. Short wait times, staff a bit busy but attentive, very caring nurse practitioners, doctor is attentive and caring as well. I ...more tried going to a few other doctor offices that my friends recommended, but came back to this one because of the friendly service and location convenience. "
"They were referred by the urologist who was treating our son. They are an excellent hospital, they have a children's ER and a strong children's floor. Our care providers, the doctors and nurses as well as the sociologist were all excellent in terms of providing recommendations They were coaching my son and make recommendations for him to ...more cope with his migraines. In addition to the professional medical care they were also very helpful to us as a family in terms of dealing with his migraine illness."
was my surgeon at Sister's Hospital in Buffalo, NY. He's an amazing surgeon and although I certainly hope never to have surgery again, I highly recommend him to family and friends. He's a man of few words but he will answer any questions you may have. His office prepared me for this surgery with a video ...more and instructions for after care. He's surgical staff at Sister's was wonderful and very supportive. Be aware that Dr.
has two offices. One at Sisters and one in
, NY. I saw him at both offices. He's a very busy surgeon but the staff kept us posted when emergencies came up and appointments had to be changed. "
When I commented on his manner to the nurses, they said all the nurses love his sutures, he was one of their favorite surgeons.
His office was not very fancy, clearly not the focus of his energies, which are on excellent work (even at 2am!) and caring for his patients. His charges were very reasonable as well.
I was very impressed ...more and am eternally grateful and I would highly recommend him."
to start the admission process. This included ordering numerous tests that were required before surgery the next day. He also ensured that a Cardiologist saw Mom even though she has no history of ...more heart problems. As I said, she's 90 years old.
was very attentive, and visited several times before and after surgery to ensure that Mom and I were fully informed with what was scheduled, and what to expect. Immediately after the surgery he came to the waiting room to report how it went, and show us pictures. Mom had over 90
stones, and her
bladder was 3X normal size. Mom was released from the hospital 2 days later. She has recovered beautifully from the surgery. She had one follow-up visit with Dr.
, and he has communicated her progress with her regular Internist.
Unrelated to Dr.
. Beware that
doesn't always have all the drugs that may be required by the patient. And they didn't inform us of this problem. My Mom is on 2 inhalers for COPD. We provided her history to numerous nurses, and asked one of the respiratory therapists about it during her stay. I assumed that meant it would be resolved. It wasn't. We didn't find out until the last day that they didn't have Perforomist and hadn't substituted anything for it. They didn't tell us, or we could have supplied it. Mom went for 4 days without this medication. I consider this absolutely reckless behavior. "
"I was absolutely satisfied with him. He is compassionate and gentle. He is very knowledgeable and listens well and also takes his time to answer questions. He explains the procedures and the issues. "
