Reviews for Humble Leaf Removal Services
On May 13, 2014 A & R Landscaping was supposed to show up to begin work on my driveway. No call; No show. I called them and left a message. They finally showed up on May 15th to extend the width of my driveway and repair an 8"x15" section of my driveway located next to the foundation of my home. The work was adequate; if I hadn't said something to the worker, they would have not replaced the grass at the end of the pavers used to extend my driveway.
I was told that it would be 4-6 weeks following the repair before my driveway could be sealed; they would call me the day before to confirm.
Fast forward to June 18th, a different guy shows up to seal the driveway (surprise nobody called the day before to confirm). Problem is, I have nobody to move the vehicles. I had broken several bones in my foot and could not drive, nor could I get out of the house by myself. So, I call the company and ask to reschedule. I don't hear from them for several days. I call again, get rescheduled to June 24th; it rains. I call to reschedule. I leave a message and I don't hear from them for several days. I send messages via the message center here on Angie's List and they ask me to call to reschedule - which I'd already done - and about 3 days later I get a phone call and finally get rescheduled again to
Note: My neighbor also hired them and her driveway was seal coated on June 18th. They've been out to redo the work once, and she has asked them to come a third time because it is stil not not done properly (it looks like a kid fingerpainted the seal coating onto the 4 car driiveway). Several of our neighbors have commented on the unprofessional look of the work done. This is not the first time we have jointly contacted a company to seal coat our driveways, however, this is the worst job we've ever experienced.
The communication from this company is abysmal on it's best day. I would never recommend them to anyone
