Business Description: We are a Property Maintenance & Management Co. for privately owned residences, including install landscape & design,maid services 4star rated for excellence. Been in business for 26 yrs since June 1985, Been a sole proprietor for 15yrs and have a wonderful staff, and come highly recommended. Work alot in my neighborhood, for alot of senior citizens, and alot of hightly motivated business professionals who travel and need alot of attention to big home and complicated schedules with utmost discretion and privacy. We staff 17-23 people small office staff of 3, rest are field associates. We work in offices, residences, investment/rental property and manage it in some instances where the owner has no time to contribute or is out of state. We decorate home at the Christmas season inside & out for private and commercial properties and I do most of the design work for the Christmas or landscape in our office. We operate out of Sugarland Texas with a c/o address at my residence for lockbox security & mailing.We do work all over Houston, Sugarland, Alief, Galveston, Bellaire, Cypress, West University,South Hampton Missouri City etc. We maintain the rental /management properties, collect rental monies, maintain repairs, invest all the improvements needed with owners consent and do all investigations on potential tenants.
