Business Description: I offer all kinds of handyman and home maintenance services. I am punctual and clean; I treat your home with the same care you would. I do all my own handyman work, and I work alone, so you never have to worry about communicating with me by phone or email, then having to repeat everything to the worker who shows up at your door. I charge by the hour for handyman work. There is a minimum service call charge. I do not mark up materials, but time I spend at the store for a specific job is billable. I work any time, any day of the week (Sundays only for emergencies) to fit my customers' schedules. Some jobs are too large for a handyman approach. For these I offer general remodeling services. On these jobs, after working with you to develop plans, I obtain necessary permits, purchase materials, coordinate and supervise subcontractors, and see to it that the job is completed as you envision, but I don't usually do much of the work myself.
