"They ordered them one week. The next week the doors were installed. Everything went exactly as they said it would. They showed up when they said they would. The work for both doors totaled about 4 hours. There were no issues and no extra charges.

"The new employee made a couple mistakes putting in the window. I left a message on the company's voice mail on a Sunday morning that the window pane would fall out when I opened the window. The owner of the company contacted me within hours, came over on a Sunday afternoon, and fixed the installation mistake. He also sent another employee over a couple days later to totally re-install the window to make it easier to open and close. I was very pleased with the perfection of the final job and his prompt, concerned, and helpful attitude throughout. He truly is a person dedicated to customer satisfaction.

"We had been wanting to replace one wall of the dining area which consisted of three floor to ceiling windows and an exterior door. We had been considering several companies but thought of
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
. We had our house
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
'd several years ago and were totally happy with the company, the product and their work. We never actually contacted anyone else after realizing that Southwest could do this project.
When
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
came out, he showed us all the features of the Renewal by
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
windows and explained everything. We selected three windows, had choices on frame finish color. We also selected a steel exterior door with a beautiful color and window.
Since the windows are custom made for the home, we had to wait about 8 weeks but when they were ready, they called and set up an installation date. They showed up on time, with the correct product and materials. The installers were very professional and kept a clean worksite. The installation was completed in a single day and they came back the next day to finish up the trim work.
I am thrilled with the look of the new wall! The windows are great and I am very happy with the product and the service.
I definitely recommend this product and company to anyone needing
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
or windows. I wish they did kitchen remodels!

"We had used
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
prior at our previous house with satisfactory results and reasonable cost.
This new house presented many design issues since the original house was unique, and log-based construction whereas we wanted a seamless addition filled with light, open space and traditional/stucco.
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
Staples is expert as an architect and did an excellent job combining two styles into a very livable house. The construction is good, beautiful and reasonable in price.
There were some issues as there are with any general contractor job of this size, the first of which was failure to begin on schedule and the length of time (nearly 1 year) till completion.
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
is not a large firm and does good work but can get overextended. Also there were typical problems where there was miscommunication, but were resolved satisfactorily. The major complaint was the placement of the new washer and dryer which were reversed with the washer on the right -- the length & placement of the gas line to the dryer would be expensive to alter.
Pros: design, price for quality, willingness to customize.
Cons: delays when overstretched in assignments, possible miscommunications.
Not included in price: removal of trees, provision of applicances, etc.

"We have used
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
and
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
Designs for over 20years. He has provided wonderful services for us. In our previous home Mr.
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
replaced our roof (and that of several of our neighbors at the same time), tiled our foyer, removed wallpaper and plastered walls, painted, did some electrical work as well as some plumbing. In our current home he had replaced our roof (he also had to replace plywood as the previous contractor did not do a reliable job), redesigned our master bath and completed that, installed laminate and hard wood flooring throughout the house, re-designed, demo-ed the basement, then built the den for us. He has also installed skylights. And the crown molding he installed throughout the house is wonderful - a very nice touch. The siding installing thus far has gone smoothly as well. He is prompt, attentive, listens to what we want, makes suggestions on how to improve on our design, then implement the plans. On two occasions he did come in over budget, however we also changed the design during construction, so that did increase the amount of material we needed - and he generously did not charge us for the full labor costs. Our front porch was a large project that he did for us - and it came out great - we used AZEK materials - and it is perfect!! He is pleasant to deal with and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing any home remodeling. We are planning to build our back deck next year and will use
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
Designs again.

"The French window other people were afraid of touching, as they thought the whole
window would be negatively effected. They handled it without fear and
all is well.
Regarding the fireplace floor tiles, they brought the tiles, matched them and it all looks and
functions well.
He also came up with a creative idea for fixing the back screen door.
About 15 months prior,
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
and his co-worker installed a p-trap under the bathroom sink, which has functioned fine since.
I learned of

from a friend who told me that

"Unlike others who have recommended the window installation work of
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
., we were very dissatisfied with their services.
We received our bid ($6,265) on 1/2/14 to replace eight windows with
Softlite Double-Hung Impact Glass windows. While not a bargain, we
accepted the bid as offered because it was in line with others we’d
received and
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
(the owner and bidder) was personable and seemed
professional. The company’s professionalism ended there.
We paid our $2,000 deposit on 2/12/14 and were told the windows should
arrive from the manufacturer in approximately three weeks. After four weeks
had elapsed, we called to ask what was going on. We were told the
manufacturer was “backed up” and
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
couldn’t predict when our
windows would arrive. We found that reply odd: a company that deals with
a limited number of manufacturers should know its business well enough to
give its customers accurate information. Instead of three weeks, the windows
arrived in five.
The windows were installed, as promised, in one day (3/21/14). We were
unhappy with several less-than-professional actions by the installers
that day. Without asking, they posted two advertising signs in our yard by
driving stakes into the ground, which could easily have damaged sprinkler
system pipes. The signs advertised Window Guru, leading us to believe the
work had been subcontracted to another company. The signs were left in our
yard at day’s end. One of the workmen inattentively walked through a closed
screen door, ripping out the screen. It was re-screened but with an annoying
sag and was later repaired properly, on a subsequent visit. Two window sills
were deeply gouged, then inadequately caulked. The worst mistake, however,
occurred in our main bathroom: instead of the window we ordered, with
completely frosted glass, the one installed was frosted on the upper half
while the bottom half (looking into the shower) was clear. The mistake was
blamed on the manufacturer and we were told a replacement would take,
you guessed it, approximately three weeks.
Really? The manufacturer’s mistake and it would take them three weeks to
rectify it? No concern on the part of
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
(who had been paid
in full) to demand a faster replacement? No concern that my wife and any
guests would be showering in a fish bowl? But wait! It turned out that the
replacement window was ready in NINE WEEKS. During that time, we
received no phone calls of explanation or apology. Our inquiries were
answered with terse vagueness and seeming unconcern.
Very unprofessional!
During this interim, we arranged to have a workman return to re-caulk the
window sill gouges. The appointment was set for 9:00 A.M. on a Friday.
My wife arranged her schedule to be home at that time. The workman
called at 11:00 A.M. to report he was “running late.” He called two hours
late then told her he would arrive at 1:00 P.M., six hours after the original
appointment. His actual arrival time? 3:00 P.M., EIGHT HOURS LATE!
My wife’s entire day having been wasted, she called and spoke to
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked

Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
and requested compensation of $100.
He basically laughed in her face.
But the lack of professionalism didn’t end there. The replacement window
was installed on 6/3/14. It was fully frosted, but IT DIDN’T FIT! That’s right,
it was a half-inch too small, meaning it couldn’t be locked. The second
replacement window? Right again, ready in three weeks! It was installed
on June 27, 2014, completing an eight window installation that was begun
three and a half months earlier. The final installer told my wife, “
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
’t take
it personally, but I hope I never see you again.” He needn’t have worried;
no one from
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
Windows/Window Guru will ever see us,
as customers, again!

"My sliding door was stuck on Sunday 7/13 and he came right away to take a look at it. He wasn't able to fix it that day, but he came back next day to close the door. He was going to install the new door on Wednesday 7/16, but it was raining. So he came on Thursday to install. Overall, I'm happy with his service.

"Wonderful service. A couple of years ago we had our patio sliding door replaced by
Granbury Window Installers Provider Name Locked
with an Anlin brand door.
It was such a good experience that we decided to go with them again for the windows. They are very professional. We
called, made an appoint for the windows measurements. They came, they measured, they ordered and 2 weeks later
installed. The installers removed old windows installed new ones sealed and cleaned up in 2 hours. We just love these
Anlin windows and the workmanship of
