Overall it went well. Took some time to get everything installed but they were very professional with all follow-up work. I will use them again. Great customer support and follow-up.

First off, they said they would arrive at 8am. They showed up at 7:30am to start getting their gear ready, how many times do people show up early so that was really appreciated. They had 14 windows to complete and had about 7 guys working. Each one was very professional, fast and but also respectful of our home. They were able to complete all of our windows within the same day, and you would never know that they replaced all of those metal window frames. I would strongly recommend
's team to anyone.

We originally contacted
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
in March but decided to delay our whole-house window purchase for a few months due to the cost.
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
was our salesperson and he was very thorough, professional and exceedingly helpful in making decisions on colors and styles of windows.
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
worked with us on our financing paperwork as well and was both professional and helpful, as was his manager
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
. Both
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
and
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
returned our calls and emails promptly, and the installation supervisor,
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
, made helpful suggestions when he come out to measure the windows.
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
also explained in detail what we could expect from the installation crew and the preparations we needed to make prior to the arrival of the installation crew.
The time between ordering and the arrival of the windows was six weeks.
The installation crew was headed by
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
, and we could not have asked for a better experience. The weather was horribly cold over both days it took to install the windows, and all three crew members were careful to prevent tracking mud or debris into our house. They had to break the old windows in order to remove them, and the crew put down blankets and then vacuumed to get up all the small broken glass pieces. In addition, our original 1972 windows were mortared in, and
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
's crew was able to remove the old aluminum frames and match the concrete mortar exactly, so our new windows look as if they have always been there.
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
and his crew were friendly and professional, and they cleaned up all of the trash and debris from the installation. They also added wooden trim pieces around the window openings that made the new windows fit perfectly.
Both
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
and
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
came by during the window installation to ensure that everything was going as planned, and we were happy to report that the installation crew was doing a terrific job. Our house is much more energy efficient after the install, and the low-E coating on the new windows really cuts the sun's glare. Also, the reduction in outside sound from the new windows is significant.
We had such a good experience with
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
that we purchased double front doors from them as well, and those doors will be installed a full three weeks earlier than we had anticipated.
We found everyone at
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
to be friendly, professional and easy to work with, and we give our highest recommendation to

From the get go,
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
was very professional and efficient, and specific about what needed replacement and what didn't; he was the farthest thing from a pushy or long-winded salesman. As i think it states in his description of his business his was neither the lowest or highest bid we got out of three, but it was only a tad bit higher than the lowest, and I liked both what other reviewers said about him, his company's energy star and
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
certifications, and length of time operating. I was not let down. He told me that they would start work in 3-4 weeks from when we signed the contract, and indeed, it was closer to 2.5/3. He told me that it would take about a week to get the job done, and indeed that was what it took--with a couple of little final fixes adding on only a day or two--i was impressed by how fast that 'punch' work got completed. His crews were very polite, respectful, neat; accommodating to whatever our needs were. They moved everything (very carefully) to do their work (they even took out and re-installed our window blinds). Every evening they fully cleaned up after their work. They were fast and efficient--and clearly teach crew (window, siding and painting) were experts at their craft--it was a delight watching the work be done (when i was able to). The final painting job was meticulous, and our house is getting all sorts of compliments! I would HIGHLY recommend
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
. A side note: I had hoped to pay about 1/4 less than I did; but I feel like that extra few thousand dollars is well worth the value I got.

Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
was very professional and great to work with, and my new windows are beautiful. I am always afraid that since I live in Georgetown, TX, that it will be difficult to schedule appointments. Not so with Titan:
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
and I spoke at length over the phone to get an idea of what types of windows I wanted, and then he was able to come out within a few days to show me the samples and really discuss what I wanted. I appreciated that he was able to take my specific budget and work within that, never pushing me to go out of my budget. The window installers were very professional and
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
was there for part of the installation to make sure all was going well. I had also ordered the top of the line wooden frame windows for the bedroom, which require staining after installation. This was no easy task, as it has to be done in a few stages. But that was accomplished in a timely manner as well, and
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
made sure the staining color and look was exactly what I wanted. Overall, an excellent experience, and I am already planning for them to handle the window replacement of the other half of my home!

We have a 2 story shed that had a hole in the middle of the ceiling for access to the upper story for storage. We used a ladder to access this space. We had Affordable Handy Man Services put stairs on the outside of the shed and double doors to make the storage space more accessible. They wrapped the stairs around the shed so the stairs did not stick out from the building. We had a gate installed at the bottom of the stairs so our grandchildren could not play on the steps. The shed also leaked every time we had rain so they found the leak and repaired that for us. Affordable... replaced the rotted trim from around the windows and doors and painted the trim. While they were here the hot water heater flooded the garage, so Affordable replaced the thermostat on that at a reasonable rate. All three men are polite and professional. We will hire them again for other improvements.

Initially, the sales person showed up at 5:40. He indicated that he was early because he thought the appointment was at 5:30 vs 6:00. If that's the case, then he was late. If he was early, he's way early and was lucky we were home. From that point on, it turned into a fairly hard sales pitch where he didn't seem to want to show us the windows that he had. He came in and started asking questions on what we wanted in our windows. We gave him specific answers (19 windows, double hung, low-E, Argon, double pane, full screen, sculptured grids, etc) as well as what we were looking for to make a decision (window appearance, installation quality, brand, warranty, etc). He then said that he was going to have us rate him and each aspect from 1-10 and tell him a yes or no tonight. That was strike one for him since we refuse to cowtow to pushy sales. We flat out let him know that we wouldn't rate him nor would we tell him yes or no tonight. He did -not- like that response, but continued by asking "what was it we were looking for in the windows." That was strike two. We'd already given him pretty detailed information on what it was we were looking for. Strike three was the fact that we said "We'd like to see the windows and will decide from there. We don't have 2 hours and aren't interested in sitting through a 2 hours sales pitch." He then shrugged and said "You have to get behind the car to drive." Not sure exactly what that mean, but the meeting was over at that point. The fact is that we've seen a number of window companies -- they all have the same basic premise, but differentiate in a. how they deal with customers, b. the information that they give regarding their specs, and c. what their windows look like. Shining a red light through glass, standing on the glass, etc which are all the standard "sales tactics" are the same company to company to company and are simply smoke and mirrors. This company was, for all appearances, no different in that nature. As we had him leave, he said "I train sales people and this is how we do it." My response, although unspoken, was "So do I. And I guarantee the company I do sales training for is bigger and more successful than yours." It wasn't appropriate to say, so I didn't, but perhaps I should have.

The price using this technique is very good, and the building is plenty adequate for its purpose and should last at least 30yrs.
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
are very willing to accommodate 'custom' needs, like doors, window types, roof pitch to match house etc. Construction went smoothly and quickly. It's not the highest quality work, but this is just a basic pole barn!
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
did their own construction, but subcontracted out the concrete and roof work. The
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
work was very good, but the concrete much less so. We ended up with a dip in it, and it wasn't tapered toward the doors, so we get standing water and ice in the garage.
Georgetown Window Installers Provider Name Locked
did respond to add some more ties(to satisfy the building inspector)but have not responded with regards to the concrete floor, hence the 'D' rating above. Overall, we're happy with the job except for the consequences of a badly poured floor.

Company replaced windows. Work done in one day. Windows cleaned after replaces, seals are good and no mess left by installers. Replaced in a timely manner, one of the reasons this company was chosen.

Great! The office staff were very friendly, the estimator showed-up as scheduled and the installer did a great job. I couldn't have asked for anything else.
