Rentals 'website. Found a cheaper place and called for a refund. Talked to company and" asked for a refund. The company said he would give me a refund and never gave my money back. I have since gone to the bank to dispute the charges.

"They were great. They had the best prices in town and I was able to conveniently schedule the rental and pay online only a few days before the party. They arrived an hour before the" party started as promised and quickly set up and left. The bounce house we received was bigger than it looked online and the kids had a blast. They arrived after the agreed endtime and were very professional and courteous as they packed everything up. I will definitely use them again.

I would like to bring to your attention to the fact that most of the staff that you have sent me were inexperinced and in over their heads. The tip I gave them was mostly for the effort of I believe was

, the lady with the straight black hair. While most of the staff was nice enough, they were very unorganized and there was no leadership at all.

Especially the grillers were way out of their league. Two of my guests had to go and do most of the grilling because of their incompetancy.

The woman bartender was neither friendly or knowledgeable. She was very sloppy and left a mess at the bar when she left.

Also there were 9 full trays of food that were never put out, as well as rolls and bread. I was told this when they left. Why they didnt replenish the buffet, I am not sure. I asked if the food would be ok till morning so that I can take it to a soup kitchen and was told it would be fine. SomI left in the special hot carriers. Well at 7 am the next morning, the temperature of the food was around 100 so all of that food went to waste, it was not put out and then I was not advised how to properly store the food, even though I said I wanted to donate the food.

I am very unsatisfied with your staff and will never use you again. I am requesting a refund for the grillers and the woman bartender.

Everything went well until about and hour and a half before the party when we went to set up the chairs and they were very dirty. It took 2 of my family members an hour to clean them enough so that we felt confident people wouldn’t get their clothes dirty. This was extremely inconvenient as I needed their help with other things. I expected the chairs to be delivered clean. They were delivered 2 days prior to the event and I had even covered them during this time to make sure they stayed clean. What upsets me the most is that I emailed the company about this and received no response.

is truly an artist. Everyone was impressed with the fantastic job he did. I gave him a picture of 2 ballroom dancers and said " do something like this" and he produced a fabulous ice sculpture, everyone was very impressed. He was prompt on delivering the sculptures before the event and I was amazed at how long they lasted, and it was warm in the room. They still looked great after 7 hours! I would highly recommend

I am good friends with the bride and weeks before the wedding she had major complaints about this business, but it was too late to change. The day of the wedding, the food was only lukewarm at best, the portions were minuscule and most of us at the end of the line had to wait for people to finish eating because they ran out of plates. The older gentleman serving the food was very nice, but the older lady that was running around grabbing plates was very rude. The bride was supposed to be left plates of food of which the business failed to do. I know I would not use this place nor will I recommend it for anyone based on what I saw and experienced myself while at the wedding.

Ordering was a breeze. The reservation was made, and they don't charge until delivery. The office staff called to verify the delivery date. I had ordered the units so far in advance that I didn't have a layout of how the wedding was going to exactly go - just a rough idea. The staff was friendly and flexible. I live on 2.5 acres, and there was definitely room for things to change as details started to firm up.
The week of the wedding, the staff called to confirm delivery on Friday. I told them that the tents were going to go up on Wednesday, and that it would block my driveway. However, they were welcome to drive through the yard. The delivery of the

unit was not possible until Friday, so we stuck with that date.
Friday the driver shows up with a small semi truck / flat bed. No problem, it's just going to be a tighter fit through the trees to the main part of the yard. We thought and debated different ideas, finally I suggested that we move the units with one of our own skid-steers. That brought great relief to the driver and he immediately agreed.
This is when things went wrong. After showing one of "the guys" how to lift and move the units, he unloaded them from his truck - AND LEFT.
I had someone try the unit and see if it flushed - it did. So I went away happy bride.
Turns out, the water was never delivered to the units. The driver had the hoses, and knew where the hookups were. So toilets that need water to flush - had no water. 200 guests were using outhouses that didn't have sanitizing water, SOAP or anything to wash their hands. It was absolutely revolting.
My guests didn't have a place to "go" and it's utterly embarrassing - and as the bride I didn't find out until the end of the day. Guests left early, as if they needed to go - the woods would have been the best option, and that was greatly disappointing.
I called the offices on Monday, and asked for even a $20 consideration to cover all the hand sanitizer we had to buy as they forgot the soap. They REFUSED me. Said it was my 'fault' for not calling them sooner.
Then when pick-up day came, the driver saw our outdoor carpets still laid out, and instead of driving over them (thank you for not - truly!) he left. No phone calls, no asking if we can use the same skid-steers again for loading. Just left. 5 days after the wedding they came a second time, and finally picked up the units. All while I was left looking at the remaining disaster of the worst part of the wedding...
Horrible company - do everything you can to go with anyone else!

was amazing. She was very responsive and flexible as we needed to add some chairs at the last minute. She would always answer her phone and was very friendly. They took care of all of the tent setup and delivery. We decided that we wanted to set up the chairs, so they were left in a convenient spot.

was gracious and accommodating for the last minute addition. She took care of everything and we could rest easy without having to think about anything at a very busy time. She was a joy to work with and would highly recommend.

They were little cheaper because they offered a customized package price. The set-up guys were a bit late, but I was the last customer of a long day and one of the guys broke a rib earlier that day. I had to hand it to him for continuing to work. However, after they left i noticed that one of the tent stakes was loose. I had to pull it out, pound it back in, and reset the line. Upon inspecting the remaining stakes, I found three more that I had to reset myself. Under the circumstances I guess this was understandable. I would still use Magnum rental in the future.
