I called and told them that I was not happy with the performance of my Netflix and they told me it was a technical issue, even though every other service worked fine. I gave them multiple opportunities to remedy the situation but got the same party line every time. I cancelled and was paying them off in installments, but they keep charging me a late fee because I have not paid the bill in full with one payment. I am referring the matter to the state attorney general at this time.

Called for new package as mine was becoming too expensive. After many tries and phone calls a new triple play package was offered to me that helped a little. I was told, as in the past, that I could return to my old package within 30 days if I did not like the new one. It turned out some of what was promissed in the new package
could not provide making the price higher than I liked. I asked to return to my old package as it was well within the 30 days. I was than informed that my old internet speed was no longer available. I now have slower internet speed.
failed to keep their end of the agreement 2 different times. I am searching for ways to leave them ASAP.

I contacted the provider through their website form, and followed up twice when I did not hear back from them (this was about a week).
I received a call from a representative and explained the scope of services. He emailed me a contract, which I returned and requested confirmation.
I did not hear back until I followed up two more times (again over the course of a week or so), and I was asked how long the cable run would be. I said I did not know but would be happy to check if they explained how. I did not hear back again, despite repeated requests for confirmation (this was over several days).
On the day the service was supposed to occur, I finally emailed them and let them know I assumed they were not coming and I would find someone else. There was no acknowledgement of this communication either.
I would not recommend this provider - based on non responsiveness.

Their service stinks. i have the most basic cable and the 2nd most basic internet and am paying $67/month (the "guaranteed for 2 years" new customer rate I signed up for when I first got their service, which was $46/mo., except the "not included in the rate" fees have gone up by $24 in the last 2 years). It took them a month to connect my service, which they billed me for, after 4 phone calls credited me for, and although the person I signed up with said that the person connecting me would bring the "free" cable modem, when he came told me that it was a $40 charge for him to give me the cable modem. In order for me to get it free I needed to drive across the city to pick it up at their primary customer service office - which was a 35 minute wait in line when I went to do that. And the person at the desk was snotty about the fact that I hadn't paid the bill for the month of service I didn't get, and I had to ask for a manager to review my customer record before they would give me the cable modem. A month later I got a letter of apology and a $10 coupon toward my next bill that expired at the end of the month, which if I had mailed my payment in the day after I received the bill like I normally do, would have been before I got the coupon.
I just found out from the customer service rep that when my "guaranteed for 2 years special rate" ends next month, my monthly bill is going up by about $19. If I drop my tv service my bill will only go up about $11 dollars, which means I'll be paying about $78 per month for one step above basic internet service. And I'm not eligible for any special promotions unless I upgrade my service or add phone service.
I recently (finally) bought a digital tv. The tv channels black out several times a week. When a channel doesn't black out it gets all pixelly several times a week. My download speeds are terrible between 8 and 10 pm and on Friday & Sunday nights if I try to watch Netflix I usually have to wait at least once in the middle the movie for it to buffer.
I'm fed up and plan to switch and am just dreading what sort of hoops I'll have to jump through in order to cancel the service without being billed something in order to do that.

Installation went smoothly and efficiently. The only serious complaint is that my longstanding 2 phone numbers were inoperative for 9 days while ATT ported them from traditional ATT to Uverse. They gave us a temporary line with a different number so we could call out only and had no fax line.

This has been going on for over 3 weeks, I have called, my mother has called, the phone tech has called, nothing gets resolved........the worst possible service I have ever experienced.........they take advantage of the elderly by talking them into signing up for services they do not need........

's telephone support was the usual pain in the neck. However, once the service man actually came out to fix the problem, he was very professional and responsive. He quickly figured out that wasps had infested the fiber optic switch, removed the wasp nest, and repaired the broken connection.

Switched from WOW due to promotion. Installer was on time and professional. Issue with picture quality on the wireless tv. called installer and he came back out and hardwired. Picture quality is very good, no outages, more hd channels than with WOW.
