Fencing Reviews in Frisco

After studying the Angie's List reviews, I contacted
and got a prompt call back from
who came out to review the project. We walked the fence, noting all areas that needed repair.
took measurements and gave me a detailed written quote covering the full scope of work to be performed. We set up a service date for the following week. It rained on the day they were to start, so they began on the next day.
The two man crew applied the power wash and bleach in about four hours. They returned the next day to repair the gate hardware and apply the stain. Prior to staining, they very carefully covered the BBQ grill and patio furniture as well as the entire swimming pool with plastic sheets for protection. It took most of the day to stain the entire fence, inside and out. They did come up just about a
short on stain and did return early the third day to finish the small area remaining and clean up. The crew was courteous and kept me informed along the process. After a quick call with Rocky to confirm the total cost, we were all done and have a fence that looks brand new.
performed well and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We wanted to extend the concrete slab area that was poured by the builder. It was small and out of proportion with the house.
listened to what we wanted and helped us come up with a footprint for the patio.
The first step was to pour the concrete and build the arbor. When that was complete, we showed pictures of the flagstone colors we wanted to use as well as the basic pattern we wanted them to follow when laying the stones. As the crew was laying the stones, the level towards the patio door was higher than we had discussed. We addressed this with the crew, and they stopped their work until it could be resolved. They re-worked the area to our satisfaction.
It took some calls and more time than we expected for them to clean up and haul everything off after the job was completed. Although we had just communicated that we would pay the balance on the job once all of the lumber and left over materials had been removed,
stopped by anyway asking for payment before the job was complete. We found that to be somewhat irritating.
Other than a few issues, we are happy with the end result. The patio is well-made, looks very nice, and has been a happily usable outdoor extension to our living space.

This is a follow-up work.
The company cheapens its image by consorting among themselves for a bonus on who could sell the most
to a gullible previous clients. I had been on that privileged receiving end at one point. The so called "concerned"
sales representative would try to sell me a new staining job. Problem is, the free offer came with a $400 labor cost.
Now think for a second, isn't that what most of the competitive price for a staining parts & labor cost? Just don't insult

First, I could not add amount paid because
Frisco Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
was contracted by
Frisco Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
Fencing to complete the stain work for my new fence. It was bundled in the price of the fence. They applied a very nice stain to a 140 linear foot cedar fence. The fence is 8 feet tall with metal posts. The crew worked quickly, and took care to keep the stain off of my house and my neighbors property. I am very happy with the work performed.

I highly recommend
Frisco Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
. They build all the best fences in my neighborhood. I'm very happy with my new fence and I feel it was worth the price.
First my project manager,
Frisco Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
, was great. He showed up on time, and was easy to talk to about the different options we had to choose from. We ended up choosing an 8 foot fence, board on board, with 2 gates, and a 4 foot iron fence for the dog run. We also extended the fence 12 feet. We considered a sliding gate for the driveway, but chose not to do that since it would add $4,500. Several nice options are included in the price; stain, screws, metal posts, top and bottom trim, gates with headers and accent windows. 140 feet of 8 foot cedar fence was $6,300, and the iron gate was $510 for a total of $6,810. Next, the tear down and post crew was efficient, and did a great job. They ran a temp plastic border between my yard and my neighbor's yard since we both have dogs. The build crew was great as well. The quality of the works was great. The trim and gates look great, and really add to the look. The stain crew was outsourced to

Appeal Woodcare. I was informed that stain is included but not done by
Frisco Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
at the initial quote meeting. The stain looks good, and the crew spent a lot of time trying to make sure only the fence was stained. It's pretty messy stuff. Finally, the only complaint that I have is related to scheduling. I believe this company is very busy, and may not have a person dedicated to scheduling and customer communication. I had several instances of planning on a crew being at my home, but no one actually showing up on that date. Also there would be no communication about a change in scheduling. I work from home so it was not a big issue for me. However if you prefer to be onsite, and\or need to manage pets and you need to coordinate with the company closely you may be very disappointed when they change the schedule but don't tell you about it.

To begin, there were a few delays in getting the estimate for the work. I did not mind as I was not in a rush to get the work done. Through the initial delays, Rocky (owner) did stay in touch by phone and email.
There were different delays when it came to to perform the work. Most of the delays appeared to stem from weather delays (rain) and then trying to catch up with the delayed work. This is just a hazard that comes with trying to schedule outdoor work in the spring time. It was nice that Rock stayed in touch by email and communicated dates (very transparent).
The finished product looks great; the stain recommended is a nice color and the application is smooth. Looks almost new again.
I would consider using again in the future.

We had been given
Frisco Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
's name from a referral. He was honest and strait up with what I could expect in terms of work, cost, and process. There were no surprises. The work was quick and quality, excellent cleanup, and he was quick to return calls.
I would use him again for any of my roofing needs.

Good friendly service from owner. Workers left water hose running in back yard after they left. And forgot to put a decorative piece back on over 1 gate. Stain itself is nice. Very even coating and looks good.
- Alice M.

Great! Fabulous! Awesome! Can you tell it went well! Being that we had the "back side" of the fence we chose to box in the metal supports. I have seen some other contractor's work and I must say
Frisco Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
and his team provide you with "in home" quality design. This is a 20 year cedar fence and the quality radiates. I can't wait until the stain completes the project! I will definitely use
