"I have been seeing Dr.
Fort Worth Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
for more than 5 years. He is the only doctor I have seen who really looks for the problem if he is not able to diagnose it right away. Before seeing him, most doctors told me it was minor or "in my head". After seeing Dr.
Fort Worth Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
, it was found that I have Type 2 Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Restless Leg Syndrome and a few other problems. He listens to what you say and talks to you in a way you understand. I feel my personal well being is very important to him. As long as he is practicing, he will always be my physician."

"I would highly recommend Dr.

to anyone needing a good primary care Physician. I have been using him for nearly twenty years. He is very professional, caring and concerned. He practices his faith in his practice and that is one thing that keeps me going back to him."

"We were able to fill out paperwork before we got to the office. Everyone we met was friendly and efficient. Dr
Fort Worth Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
asked me my health history, also enough to know I am healthc onscious and then asked whether I had any immediate needs. She knew I had had my last annual tests in May from the records I sent over, so scheduled me for the next May to continue that schedule for annual check ups. i was very happy with my visit.

My husband had a health problem. He was in the process of diagnosis when our primary care doctor retired. Dr

immediately got him lined up with a specialist and he was able to get a procedure that he needed scheduled before the end of the year. Additionally, she convinced him that he needed to stay out of fast food restaurants and give up

"This post is rather long because of the MANY problems we had with Dr.
Fort Worth Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
. My entire family has seen her and my husband and I will never again visit her.

First, here is why I rated her the way I did: Like most docs, you have to wait at least 2 weeks to get in to her. If you are sick, it's probably going to run its course and be done before you can get in to see her. Her office is ALWAYS running late. I got in the habit of calling before my appointment to find out how late she was running so that I didn't spend my day in her waiting room. It was often an hour or more behind. Because she's always running behind, she acts very rushed. She's rude to her staff and her patients. If you do not like what she has to say, or ask the wrong questions, she will scold you like a child. As a patient, I have the right to question what is being done to me. Her bedside manner is the pits - she is very cold and doesn't really "listen" to what you are saying. She doesn't remember any of her patients. She finally quit introducing herself to me (at each visit) after I started seeing her once a month.

My husband refuses to ever see her again because once when he called to ask questions about a particular treatment she'd prescribed for him, she refused to talk to him on the phone because she "didn't have time." She insisted that he make an appointment to speak with her. He was speaking with her nurse, who was relaying all of this to him, while Dr.
Fort Worth Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
stood right there. We could both hear her in the background telling the nurse what to say.

I was a patient of Dr.
Fort Worth Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
's for over two years. I originally began seeing her for hyperthyroidism - she was recommended because of her expertise with women's hormones. She ran regular blood work and had me on medication to keep my thyroid under control but never wanted to refer me to an Endocrinologist because she said they would automatically irradiate my thyroid. She also told me regularly that I didn't have Grave's disease because my eyes weren't bulging out. After about two years of battling with this thyroid issue, I told her I wanted to see an Endocrinologist, no questions asked. She referred me to quite possibly the best doctor I've ever been to (Dr.
Fort Worth Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
Lackan - see separate report for him) who promptly diagnosed me with Grave's disease through testing - not just looking at my eyes. He also told me the medicine that Dr.
Fort Worth Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
had me on was toxic and very damaging to the liver - he only prescribes it as a short-term drug, and would never put a patient on it for more than 6 months, let alone 2 years! Since there is no cure for Grave's, the only issue was to irradiate my thyroid or have it removed. I had it removed and have never looked back.

"I called, and they were able to get me in within a few days. They were very nice on the phone and in person. Dr.
Fort Worth Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
is very attentive. He listened and answered all of my questions, and he addressed all of my concerns. He took care of everything in an efficient and timely manner. I never felt rushed. He is quite friendly and helpful. It was quite a relief. We are a military family and had just moved here. It's nice to have a good PCM--that is not always easy to find."

"My wife has been going to him since December and I have been going to him since May. My wife visited him for her knee issues. He did some workup and then referred her immediately to a specialist. He is a great guy to work with. It is little tough to get an appointment. We would use his service in the future too."

"He addresses your issues. He is very flexible and good. His staff is good. I have had some wait problems but that is because of my work. He will work around with you and get back to you on the phone. He is a very experienced and personable doctor."

"The office was supposed to schedule and MRI for lower back and shoulder, ultrasound and xrays. The communication from the dr office to the MRI office did not occur properly, along with not all the required test being perform as the information was not commuicated to the MRI office, we also could not contact anyone to verify the procedures that should have been perfromed. Also once the visit was over and prescriptions needed to be called in .. the Dr office informed me that they were called. However when i got to the pharmacy there was no prescription. This has happened multiple times .. and it not only took another day to get the prescriptions but 2 days. Let me say , i started seeing this doctor 9 yrs ago when i moved to tx and loved the office and the people and only over the last year and a half has the office and procedures and customer service gotten to the point that i am frustrated and will look for a new doctor as not to deal with the the frustration due to errors from the office personnel. Overall, the doctors office seems to have continued to go downhill with their communication, bedside manner and attention to details when it comes to customer service or dealing with any out of office arrangements . I have since called the doctor to ask for somethign to releive my back pain.. without any progress in that . My calls requesting to speak to the doctor, i was told the doctor would call me .. with no calls i have called the doctors office back.. they want me to go back and get the intial testing done that they intially messed up .. My frustration comes in when i tell the MRI office that i am supposed to have more testing than what they are telling me that they are going to do , the dr office doesnt take any responsibility for the fact i had to miss
Fort Worth Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
, the insurance will require me to pay out of pocket now as this is another visit , and when i call for help for releif from the pain, i am told that i could take like 800 mg of ibuprofen to help until i come in for a follow up visit.. There is no point in a follow up visit until i can get back in to get the additonal testing done .. I am just truely sick of dealing with incompatent office workers who don't do their job properly , then you can't even comunicate with the doctor , who is the one you should be discussing the situation with. I have posted a review on the website.. The doctors knowledge has been extremely useful however if the entire team is not working at the same level things start going wrong.

"In the patient room, with the physician, within ten minutes of the scheduled appointment hour. Exam followed with opportunity to question and raise concerns without being or feeling rushed. Blood work handled in-house with results coming in mail under a week."
