's Florist on line showing as a 'local' florist in the area where I wanted delivery. Phoned and asked the salesperson if they were, in" fact, a store front in that city and not just an online florist. I was told yes, they are an actual shop. Later learned when placing my order next day that I was lied to. Leery about ordering on line, but the person taking the order apologized and said not to worry as
's guarantees their arrangements to be what the customer orders and also guarantees 7 day freshness. I inquired as to whether the on line photo of the arrangement I wanted to order would be what the person making up the arrangement would be using and was told yes, EXCEPT that the pictures online are in the deluxe version, and since I was ordering the Premium version, mine would be even larger and
than pictured. I selected an all white arrangement of white lilies, roses, and carnations. I asked if a green ribbon could be added and whether those particular flowers were in season. The sales person told me he would ask whenever he called in the order and if there was any problem, he would first call me back before placing the order. He said they use several local florists in the area, but he did not tell me which one would be making up my order. He told me the arrangement could be delivered later that day or the next. I said the next day by noon would be fine as the celebration was scheduled for late afternoon and I would like it to be fresh. My total for the Premium arrangement came to $102.92. I later learned it was delivered that day. I was shocked when the recipient emailed me a photo of the arrangement that was delivered. It looked nothing like the photo I selected online. The arrangement that was received had a lot of green leaves, not many flowers, no carnations whatsoever, but some tall weedy looking small round flowers (which were already drooping). There was no ribbon. The lilies were not the variety shown in the photo and they had brown centers. The only thing that remotely resembled the arrangement I had selected was the clear glass vase. I left a phone message at the extension of the sales person I spoke with and then emailed
's Flowers and sent the photo of what they showed online as well as the photo of what was actually delivered. I again phoned
's and was shuffled around to three different people (two of whom saw the photos and agreed the arrangement sent did not resemble the one I ordered). I was disconnected while put on hold, and on calling back I talked to yet a fourth person. He told me they could do a reorder, but would need to pick up the original order. I said no problem with picking it up, but the event was over and another order at this time would be useless....another floral arrangement would be just what the recipient did NOT need...others had also sent floral arrangements for the event that was held 3 days earlier. It would have been nice if I could have at least had a credit for the amount of the arrangement to use at another time, but he said that was not their policy. His alternative was a $20 refund on my order with a $20 store credit. To use the store credit would mean spending even more money because they have a minimum for delivering floral arrangements. So basically I would be getting $20 credit on my $102.92 order. I told him that wasn't acceptable. However, he said that was all he could do since I didn't want another arrangement sent within 24 hours. He also told me that I couldn't go by the online photos of the arrangements because prior to taking the photos they 'pull forward' all the flowers in the containers (making them look
). So what you are seeing as a consumer selecting an arrangement is not actually how the arrangements look? Really? I told him I never heard of such a thing. How else do you select the arrangement other than by viewing the photos (which you don't know at the time aren't really how the arrangements look)?? And I also said I had ordered the Premium version and the one shown is actually a step down -- mine should have even been larger and
according to information on their website and from the salesperson. In the end, I received an email from
's that I would get a $20 credit on my order. I later received a phone call from the recipient telling me that the company that delivered the original arrangement picked it up and redelivered another arrangement, similar but with a couple more flowers in the vase. Didn't I ask them to NOT do that? This was absolutely not a good experience.

"They were absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted. The price for all the flowers was what I would have paid the major florist in town for just the bride's bouquet. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

"They were as good, if not better, than the pictures. The florist would send pictures of the arrangements. The people I dealt with there on the phone were perfect.

As stated above it did not go at all as we had set it up and planned it like we wanted and she just acted like it did and she had done everything we wanted and that we should have been thrilled with it but I don't know how anyone would be thrilled with a less than desirable performance on their wedding day with such a key component after we spent so much time going over what we wanted and how we wanted it and she agreed. I just hope others will not have to go thru the same thing. Weddings are too stressful as it is don't need poor service top of it!!

The flowers turned out great! What we picked was what we got. We wanted a wreath of flowers made. When I got to the location, it wasn't there. I called them and they made one quickly and brought it to the location, which was very good.

It was excellent service. They made recommendations for the item to match the event that I needed the flowers for. Their recommendation was excellent. In fact, they matched up flowers that coordinated the dress of my son’s date. They finished on time. They seemed to be like a family owned business. Their friends seem to get along with us.

Floresville Florists Provider Name Locked
is very artistic and very professional. His ideas are wonderful; we had to find a way to block the sun in the ceremony tent, decorating the tent with beautiful vines, and hide a not so attractive object. He came up with a beautiful display and really thinks outside the box. He made the area really sparkle with his work.
