His training and experience enabled him to do the best work for our needs and use the techniques most suited for our types of shades. He cleaned our valances in-place so they did not change shape nor shrink. This was a well-appreciated service, freeing me from removing the window treatments and hauling them to a dry cleaner.

"We had purchased a mattress and box springs at the west location about 20 years ago and had been very satisfied with the product, so when we were ready to purchase again, we went without hesitation back to
and were pleased to find a shop closer to home. The shop was laid out well and sparkling clean, the salesman friendly and professional. We told him our interest, he showed us two beds and a cutaway of how it is assembled. Making the payment and delivery schedule was brief. How the parts of the old mattress and box springs are recycled was also explained. Early evening on the day of the delivery as promised we received a phone call with a two hour delivery window, and the next day, again as promised, we received a call saying they would be there in 30-35 minutes. The two men were friendly, used shoe booties, assessed the path from door to where bed was going, removed old mattress and box springs, sleeving them in plastic, and brought in new. There were no mishaps or concerns getting new in and old out. They were in and out in 20-25 minutes. Two days later we are well pleased with our purchase and the services provided. "I purchased a new mattress and box spring to replace a 17 year old set. Unfortunately, during this time I was undergoing cancer treatment and did not have the energy to shop around like I usually do. Co-workers had purchased mattresses recently from Best and were very happy. Based on sales staff recommendation, I purchased one of Best's own line of mattresses and box springs. The delivery people came on time and set up the new mattress and box spring and hauled off the old set. They did, however, leave large pieces of plastic in the yard. Initially, the mattress felt comfortable, but over time, I began to experience back pain and was practically crippled with back pain when I got up. I wish I had my old one back!

. She helped me figure out which box spring I wanted over the phone and got the order placed for a delivery. The delivery people arrived an hour ahead of schedule and I was tied up in a meeting at work, so I had my boyfriend head to my house to let them in to deliver the box spring. There was a small tear on the bottom, and one of the plastic corner covers was barely hanging on by one staple. These were things I was willing to overlook, since it's just a box spring and not the actual mattress.
Several days passed and by the time I was finally able to get the new box spring set up, I realized they sent me a full instead of a queen as I ordered. I called right away and spoke to another salesperson. He had an extremely difficult time locating my order and originally had someone else's order up (maybe that's why I was delivered the wrong size!) So, I asked them to call me back when they found my order and had more details. They didn't call me back after a couple of hours, so I had to call them again to ask about the next available date they could deliver the correct size. On that call, he let me know that it would be a couple of days, but I really needed it ASAP, so I offered to go to the warehouse myself to make the exchange the next day. He mentioned they would inspect the box spring and may not take it back if it was damaged - so I let him know about the hole and plastic piece. He asked if I notified the delivery people about these damages and wasn't very polite. Ultimately we worked something out for me to drive the full back to the warehouse and pick up the queen.
It ended up raining leaving me unable to make the exchange myself (even though the box spring was covered in plastic I did not want to be responsible for any further damages that may have been caused by the rain). I called again to ask when they could come pick up the full box and bring a queen they said it would be a couple of days. I told them I really needed it taken care of sooner. At this point, I had gone above and beyond as a customer to try to rectify their mistake. The person I spoke with this time promised me a phone call the very next day as soon as he got in after he spoke with his manager, but here we are... no call...
At this point if they are unable to get my queen box over to me today, I just want them to pick up the full box spring that doesn't fit my bed and give my money back. I went the cheap route going to the closest inexpensive place for the box spring, and as the tried and true saying goes, I got what I paid for. Poor customer service and a couple of days later, still don't have the box spring I ordered.

your C.E.O. as she should know what kind of service her company offers. I purchased my second top of the line Twin adjustable bed for my new home \ Sinking Spring, PA 19608. The bed was delivered and set up in Oct. 2013. I arrived here last Sunday for my first night in my new home only to find the bed on one side was deflated and would not hold any air. I went to the local store the next day and was told to call Customer Service and they would send someone out. I paid nearly $10,000 for the bed, delivery and set up. The next day I called customer service and was told that I had to conduct a test and then give it two days to test for a leak. I did the test and was told I had a bladder with a leak and they would send me a replacement one and it would arrive in 10 days. I told them that this was my second home and I would not be here in 10 days.
After, no answer so I asked for a supervisor. Supervisor

told me he understood my problem but there was no one to service the bed but he would do two things for me. First instead of a reconditioned bladder he would send me a new one and second he would send it two day and guaranteed me I would have it this Friday. I told him that I wasn’t sure I would know how to install it. He said not to worry he talked a nearly blind man through the process so if he could do it I could. I have been sleeping on a sofa for days and today I was informed by email that my reconditioned bladder will arrive late next week. I called Customer Service again today,

I have this bed in my home in MN and love it which is why I bought this one. I even tried a live chat and was told that they really care about world class customer service and they will learn from my experience but there was nothing else they could do. I can not believe that this is your customer service. I owned a Company in MN for 33 years and would never treat a customer the way your company did. They simply said there is nothing they can do for me and "stuff happens”. I really believed you had a great company and was pleased you were based in MN. Now I am embarrassed. Over the past years I have recommended your beds to over 10 people but will never do that again. A friend of mine was at my home yesterday and she said she was going to buy a bed like this. After I told her what happened to me she said she was going to forget it. I will never suggest to anyone nor will I ever buy from your company again. I am very disappointed.

"I decided to use this mattress company as I didn't want to go to a store with a multitude of mattress to choose from and I wanted low key selling and easy parking. I parked across the street from the building and there was just one small showroom. Not a fancy showroom but what was there was enough to make a decision on a inner spring mattress(flipable). There was one salesman who was friendly and considerate of my disability and explained the different kinds of mattresses they sell. I wanted a comfortable mattress for the spare bedroom for visitors. I got a new frame as the frame was very old as well as the mattress. The frame and mattress is guaranteed for 10 years. I didn't ask about the warranty and I guess I should have but the mattress was for a spare bedroom. My sister came to visit for 5 days and slept on the bed. She said she loved it and told me to sleep on it myself and see. I told her the salesman told me my sister wouldn't want to leave after sleeping on it. She said she and her husband are going to be looking for a mattress in a year or so and if they didn't live in Houston, Texas they would probably check this company out. The only problem I had was they forgot to deliver the mattress and frame at 10:30AM. But they more than made up for the mistake by delivering it by 11:15AM. I called at 10:30 AM to see when they were coming and that is when I found out they forgot. They quickly got busy and got the mattress loaded and delivered in no time. The delivery man was also the salesman. This is old fashioned sales and what many stores need to to develop and understand people appreciate custom care as well as custom made mattresses. I would strongly recommend that you at least visit the store and see for yourself. There is no heavy pressure sales and I guess this is one reason why they have been in business since the 1900.
