Business Description: HPC Construction has been servicing the construction industry for 25 years, from minor drywall repair, painting, and toilet installation to full scale interior and exterior renovations. Includes Residential, Multifamily, and some light commercial. We don't just give you an estimate, and then finish the work to get a check. We personalize each customer from accurate detailed estimating, to educating each client about the work being completed. When we provide you with a detailed estimate, the amount we quote you is the amount you pay, no hidden extra costs, unless the client requests a change in the scope of work which will be formally written up and agreed upon before changes are commenced. We employ only highly skilled professional tradesmen with a background check, and random drug screening. HPC also has mandatory continuing education for each trade, also a weekly safety meeting in house or from a knowledgeable third party representative. Each trade has a crew that specializes in that trade. Where available a representative from the manufacturer of that item will make random site visits to ensure proper installation. Example Exterior painting, rep will walk the property with the owner of HPC and document any concerns, take that information back with him and write up specifications to follow to achieve maximum performance and maximum warranty for that product. He will come out before the job starts and check the moisture in the surface to receive finish coats, and the PH levels. During the job he will observe the preparation and notify us of any concerns, during the painting process he will take wet film thickness making sure we achieve the proper amount of coating to maintain the warranty goal. On every job you won't get some over paid Supervisor sitting around watching the clock waiting to go home, the owner of HPC will personally have daily, in most cases 2 daily visits to the job site making sure everything is going as planned and the quality of work is up to our standards. Along with these visits we will be documenting progress, quality, concerns, and other various important items to make sure your job is completed on time and is completed to your satisfaction. HPC Construction carries a $2,000,000.00 million insurance policy for both your protection and ours. HPC Construction is certified and licensed for, and by the EPA, for "Renovation Repair and Painting" (RRP) Lead Certified Renovator, which is a USA mandatory law for pre 1978 and older occupied buildings. This is a law passed in 2010 that requires all contractors of all trades to take a this course for proper removal and clean up of lead based paint and other lead contaminated items.
