"I was expecting to get blind sided instead they were professional. I told them my areas of concern such as the ceiling fan will not come on when you flip the switch. they wasted no time finding the problems. I thought it would take hours but it didn't ...more take long at all for them to get to the root cause. Great company to have on your side. "

"Very well. As with any job laying conduit underground there were a few unpleasant surprises contributed by the caliche under the soil, and a couple of timing issues with subcontractors, but nonetheless they were able to bring the job in on time and on ...more budget. They accomplished exactly what we wanted. The other jobs, hooking up a water heater and swapping out the defunct pool lights were also done quickly and well.
The three people who were here the most,
were great to work with. The others were fine too, just don't know their names and they were here only for the stat up. "

"Professional service. I was given choice to choose plastic or metal anchors inside the ceiling fan. It was good to know that builders put in plastic anchors inside the ceiling vault for fans which are not long lasting.
The service man also put together a new fancy Hunter fan with double light kit with remote which was complicated for our living ...more room.
He was patient and did it thoroughly well.
Altogether outstanding service from a company who knows it craft well.
Update - 2 months later, the ceiling fan in the study gave a buzzing sound which felt something was wrong.
within the 3 month warranty on parts and labor. Their service person came to re-check and fixed the issue satisfactorily. "
"One gentleman arrived to perform the service. He had great difficulty installing the light and did quite a few adjustments to the light to try to get it installed. He asked me to get up on a ladder and help hold the light so he could try to get the screws to engage. We tried several things and then he just went to his truck - put 2 holes in my ceiling ...more and bolted the light up there. No sure if that was even right. The whole time he kept complaining about the design of the light. When he got there I had told him that the second light had to be moved over and a new receptacle\hole would need to be put in the ceiling. He said he did not do that so I decided to have the light put in and swag it over to the correct location. When he went to install the light he stated that it was a fixed pole and would not swag. At that point I decided to send him on his way even though I now have no light up and the wires hanging down. "
". They did not call me for several days after I paid for the service. I had to contact Angie's list because I did not hear from them. I was told that my message had been lost. We spoke on the phone and I described in detail what I needed done and we set up a time for them to come out to do the work. I did not hear from them at the set time so ...more I called because they were pretty late. After they arrived they did not have the necessary tools or product to do the job. They left to go to Home Depot to get the items needed. They returned minutes later and told me that due to bad weather approaching later in the day that they would have to reschedule to come back at a later date! On the day that we had chosen for their return they were not on time again. I called and they told me that they would be at my house shortly. Minutes later they called me and told me that I was mistaken on the date? I was not mistaken. My husband was home when we made the appointment and he said that I was correct. They said that they would be out the next day. They arrived at the set time and completed the work. The older man was a little scary. He was not very well groomed and the other smelled pretty bad. If I were home alone and had not met them prior to that day when my husband was home I probably would not have even opened the door for them They were very knowledgeable and I am very happy with their work. I might use them again. I feel that they need to work on their appearance and being on time or calling to let the customer know that they are running late. "
several times before, and he's always bid an honest price, been on time, done the job well, and cleaned up after himself. Having been a contractor in the past, you don't know how rare this is. I strongly recommend his services.
came out on time to quote the work and provided a clear breakdown of the work with and without trenching included. Ultimately I opted for the trenching and electrical work to be done by
. Two earlier quotes from different ...more companies were almost 3x higher than the quote from
because they refused to consider the job without using a rock saw even though I don't live on a limestone shelf. On the appointed day
arrived on time and started the trenching work (120 ft from the electrical panel box to the pond). Given the configuration of my lot and plantings
wasn't able to use the trencher so he dug the entire 120 ft. trench by hand. Without me even thinking to ask for it he decided to use 3/4" conduit instead of 1/2" so I would have the option of running a additional line through the same conduit for possible landscape lighting in the future; thereby saving me from a future additional expenditure due to his thoughtfulness and foresight. Now I can plug in my UV lights and pump without the inconvenience and pump damage caused by using an outdoor extension cord. From the moment I called
I was treated with courtesy and professionalism by everyone with whom I spoke. I will gladly use
. was able to schedule a service call for me on a short notice - thank you for that.
, the electrician, was prompt, We showed him the scope and he completed the work - the bath fans were not that easy to install, required trips to the attic, but I am glad that the scope was done during ...more one day. Thank you!
"Young man looked at all outlets. One in hallway said needed to be changed but when asked told probably just from a bad plug on the vacuum but was still on the ticket. Said needed in ground lightning rod, new box with grounds and new part for fixture in kitchen. Put in surge protector it took about 5 minutes! Asked him about how much would it cost ...more to do the work and he couldn't say but would have the 'real electrician' give us a call. Well we never got a call. It seemed like it was a big deal to do the inspection. I called my usual electrician
Prince of JRP Service. He told me that no in ground lightning rod was possible as there is too much rock so the rods only be installed when cement is poured. The box is not needed unless needing additional switches and even if to seal it would not need the new upgrade as grandfathered in my area. And the fixture... nothing wrong but bulbs about to burn out! So I ran over to Home Depot and he replaced them.... Fixed! He felt that for that he would only charge a minimal service fee as all he really did was change out the bulbs ... He is one you should be recommending."
