OK NEXT the carpeting. Well, first i was somewhat amiss that the entire carpet was being cut in my driveway with the weather not perfect. Had to keep running inside and out to cover the carpet form getting wet. It did in fact get wet in a few places. The installer was smart enough though to cut most of the pieces and put them inside the house for the different rooms.
although a little tense at times it all went well. I now have all new floors in my home and it looks great. Now its just getting everything back where it belongs. Thank you
I was contacted promptly and set up with any changes I wanted or when I decided to go in a whole different direction like I did twice during the decision process. The whole store was great. Soooo many choices and options. I was allowed to take samples home to play with and see which ones I liked better. I took home LOTS of samples and exchanged them several times, it's very hard for me to make a decision.
The installation crew was awesome as well. The crew supervisor was outstanding! He made sure I was happy at all times. They showed up on time every day, were polite, courteous and friendly, were very considerate of my home and were very careful with my things when moving the furniture, they worked very fast and efficiently, didn't make a mess and cleaned up all work areas when they were done. They didn't even take lunch, they worked straight through. The supervisor noticed a small error in the laying of the entryway laminate and immediately brought it to my attention and had them take it up and relay it correctly. Awesome guy! My flooring job that was supposed to take 4 days to install, only took 3, and they did an awesome job!

They were installed perfectly, I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever! Everybody who comes over just raves about how beautiful they are.
And the last meeting to settle up and pay the last part of the bill was just as enjoyable as the first meeting.
There was a scheduling mix up that delayed the work by about 1 day. Not a huge problem.
There was minimal dust due to their dust collection system. There was a plastic curtain erected to keep dist out of the rest of the house when they were sanding the floors. They were careful to dust off all objects in the room before they left.
They carefully matched the new stain on the floors were the newly finished floor joined the existing patina of the old floors.
All of the new moldings and transition pieces were installed and stained exactly as we had specified.
We felt with the amount of work done, the price was very fair.
All in all they did a great job.
At the time of the estimate we paid the 50% deposit and they ordered the carpeting. It was delivered on 9/5/14 [delayed slightly due to the holiday weekend] and we paid the remaining balance when it was completed. We were pleased that their charge for taking up and disposing of the existing carpet was only $300 of the total of $1,358.23. They did an excellent job removing the existing carpet which had linoleum underneath.
The total process took about 3 hours and we are extremely pleased with all the work done in our home.
Let me elaborate (sorry for the length!): for down payment but agreed then to wait a day so I could read their terms:
