Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
is an excellent sales person. She explained her products in detailed. She is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Her installers were wonderful. They paid great attention to detail. They were hard workers and cleaned up when they were finished. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

went well, installer was not exactly pleasant and he did scratch the hardwood floor under the carpet but he did an excellent job installing the carpet.

I had to replace carpets in two rooms. Due to damage inflicted by a
previous provider of service, one carpet was discolored, and the other
carpet had pet urine in it. The previous provider had provided two
pieces of carpet to replace the old carpet with, and I had agreed with
him that I would find someone to install it, since that wasn't a service
he provided.

was very flexible and I chose him over some
big carpet stores because he would work with my carpet and just charge
me for his installers to install it. They came once and determined that
one piece of carpet was too small to do a clean job of installing
without several seams.

tried to call me right then and I was
unavailable, so we had to reschedule. They came out again a week or so
later, and did the job very well.

Mitsubishi Minisplits provided by Delta Mechanical. System of 7 units and 2 compressors seems to be working fine now, although me son is concerned that some of the lines on the roof still need to be covered. Installation process was a nightmare and took weeks instead of a few days. Installers said they were extremely over-worked and didn't have time to do the job right. Lines that were to be encased in plastic covers on the roof were left uncovered. We only knew this because our electrician happened to have to go on our roof and told us. We had to call for the technicians to come back multiple times to fix things. Units were making terrible racket at first. Technicians were never on time and might show up in the afternoon for a 8 am appointment or not show up at all. They were always in a rush to get to the next client. We were really sorry we went thru HD for this expensive service.
Blinds - we purchased blinds for 7 windows in our house. The blinks look ok, but again just the ordering process took weeks. The blinds on one window didn't look right and the installer said he would request a replacement of one long rail and end caps to improve the appearance. That was weeks ago and we haven't heard anything back from the installation company. It took multiple trips to HD just to complete the order in the first place. The associate who works in blinds there has no help (someone who did help me during the process gave me a price double of what the main associate did) and doesn't have time to adequately process the orders. I paid $50 for someone to come and measure windows, and then the results were lost for a while. You can't get through to the blinds department on the phone, requiring a trip into the store, perhaps to find the associate is not in that day or is busy helping someone else. The associate in blinds knows that they were to replace the rail but has not followed up. Unfortunately, I realized that I would like to get another set of blinds for another window to match the blinds I already bought. I went in to make that request, with the dimensions needed, over 2 weeks ago, and after multiple trips and conversation with the associate in HD have still not been able to get the order completed. Last week he said he hasn't forgotten me, has my phone number, will call me after helping the 3 people in front of me. All he had to do is write up the order, calculate price and let me pay for it so it can be processed. I have decided just to make curtains.

came to my home for a free consultation. I appreciated his low pressure sales approach and I was extremely comfortable
hiring him. I was very pleased with the fact that his price was 1/2 of the other quotes I received.

Wood flooring in hallway. Carpet in 4 other rooms. Carpet installation was good. Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up. There were air gaps when walking on certain planks. The installers were a couple of senior guys
who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky? Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs.
Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns. Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction.
Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
is a man of his word and represents his company very well.
I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I started my ordeal with
Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
back in August. I had a sales representative come out to my home. He gave me a quote for 168 sq feet of prefinished hard wood flooring for $2600.00. I had a quote from another company for $1900.00. The salesperson dropped his price to $2200.00. I accepted his offer due to the warranty that
Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
offers. I scheduled the install. Well, when the contractor came out for the install. He informed me that he would not be able to do the work due to the construction of the building I live in. I mentioned to the installer that I was already aware of the "issues" and had informed the salesperson of them.
Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
wasn't the first or only company I had gotten quotes from. I had been told by other contracts about the unique construction of my older home. TJ had assured me that this would not be a problem. In addition, the installer also told me that he could not perform the work due to the radiator not being removed. I also informed the installer this had been discussed with the salesperson and I was told again this would not be a problem. Obviously, the sales persons at
Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
can only sell product. They know little or nothing about installation of the product they sell. So buyer beware, if you buy with
Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
if you have more than a
Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
project, ie. like laying carpet. The installer will be the one to tell you the real deal. Well, of course, the installer said he'd do the job but it would cost me more. I told him that I wasn't interested in paying more when I had brought up these "issues" when speaking with the sales person. The installer called c/s and informed them of the additional work that needed to be done. I spoke with a manager who refused to do anything for me. I informed the installer and
Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
I was no longer interested in doing business with them. The installer took the wood and left. Shortly, there after a GM called from
Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
. He apologized and discounted the project an additional $200.00 saying he wanted to keep my business. I was upset and angry, but I accepted the discount and apology. I just wanted to get the work done, as my house was in disarray from moving furniture. Plus, I wanted new floors! So I had to reschedule for the wood to be delivered again. The night of the delivery, I get a call from the delivery driver that they can't find the wood. I'm like "are you kidding?" He calls me a couple more times to let me know he's still looking but if he can't find it
Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
will need to cancel the install. Well, he finds it and delivers the product at 9pm, hours beyond the scheduled delivery time window. Well, on the morning of the second attempted install, I get a phone call from
Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
confirming the appointment. Yeah, things are going forward. Well, about an hour later, I get another phone call from c/s. The agent informs me that the installer's truck has broken down and they will not be able to complete the job. I was utterly disgusted and upset. I'm like get another truck, just get here! C/S informed there was nothing they could do. All I could think was how can
Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
screw up my installation again? I get another call from the GM, who apologizes again. I'm thinking to myself your apologies mean nothing. Where's the c/s? Where's the professionalism? Long story, short....He knocks off another $100.00 and I organized another install for this morning. The installer gets here pulls up a portion of my floor and the quarter round. He calls me over and says that he can't do the job. He tells me that the construction is such that he can't install the floors, etc, etc..... I'm beyond irate at this point. He leaves without even fixing the quarter round or floor he ripped up. I get a call again from c/s cancelling the job and scheduling a pick up for the wood. The manager apologizes and says she'll refund the deposit. I tell her I'd appreciate if the installer could come back and fix the damage he did!!! He comes back and slaps the quarter round and floor back on with a few nails. What a joke! My whole experience with
Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
has been one nightmare after the next. This company has no customer service and respect for it's customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU'LL ONLY REGRET IT. I have since called other contractors to get another opinion. As I do not trust or believe a word of what the installer told me this morning. I just think it's more BS from a company that should be in the BS business, not flooring!

The project proceeded exactly according to the schedule
Brady Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
laid out during the sale. All parts of the work were started and finished exactly according to plan. I was able to completely renovate this townhouse in less than 3 weeks from start to finish. Demo of existing kitchen, installation of new cabinets, new floor, counter, sink, disposal, and dishwasher. Refinish of wood floors, installation and finish of new wood floors upstairs, and new carpet in the basement.

We had a great experience with Best Carpets. The installation was excellent. There was a pattern to our carpet, I was concerned due to the pattern. It could have gone awry if the carpet was not laid precisely. It was and looks great. The installers were professional, the arrived on time and finished the job when promised. We had three bedrooms, hall and great room done. It was quite a large job, we are very pleased with the results.
