The end result of trusting that this company would deliver undamaged merchandise is that it put my remodel on hold for two weeks. I definitely spent any money I saved on take-out and restaurant meals for my family, Three meals a day for a family of three adds up pretty quickly. Not to mention the aggravation factor; which has been considerable. I would never recommend this company for any reason.

calling Fisher & Paykel, the repair technician (
broken circuit board, then a new one was ordered. A week later,
to install the new circuit board, he showed no familiarity with the procedure,
very puzzled. Eventually, the old one was swapped out, but it didn't
work, still had no power (the power source/outlet was normal after
nothing worked. The new circuit board was returned, and the problem was
not fixed. I replaced the dryer with a different brand.
The advice of kitchen remodeled. I went to them to ask about appliance selections. They asked me to consider a Kitchen Aid Suite. I went with their suggestions and could not be happier. Their pricing was very close to internet pricing. Their after sale service was even better! A few weeks after my kitchen was complete, I stopped at the store to see if I could get a couple of extra shelves for my refrigerator.
