Business Description: Established in 2007 College Nannies & Tutors began in 2000 when student Joseph Keeley took a job as a nanny in Minnesota. During his first summer, Keeley realized that he was being much more than a babysitter, but rather a "Role Model" for the children. He recognized a need for a specialized service that connected working parents with safe and reliable nannies & tutors or role models. He found these role models in college students, graduates and teachers looking to make a positive difference. The organization has since expanded on Keeley's initial award-winning business to become the nation's largest nanny and tutor resource. In 2003, Keeley was joined by Peter Lytle, former teacher and managing partner of an investment firm to launch the franchise operations. Through their one-on-one role model focused programs, College Nannies & Tutors employs nannies you can trust, tutors who will find help your student succeed and test prep coaches that help your student get into the college of their choice.
