Business Description: Big Sky Shade manufactures and installs high-quality UV-protective shade structures. We are family-owned and based in Central Austin.
We self-perform our work and only utilize subcontractors when heavy excavation is required for digging and preparing concrete footings.
Our mission is to provide the customer with the stylish and durable UV protective shade sails and shade structures. Our shades are ideal for decks, driveways, pools, playgrounds, parking lots, marinas, stadiums, stables, schools and day care centers.
We only use the best materials available and our fabrics offer from 90% to 97% UV block. Feel free to request our technical specification sheet from our website.
We are also proud to offer fire-rated shades for commercial use. Our fire-rated shades are ideal for use in urban-forest interface areas that are subject to wildfire danger.
