Business Description: Betty, Bob & Charlie Estate Sales is owned and operated by Robert Boyer and Charles Eichman who formed the limited partnership of B & C Estate Sales, L.L.C., in May of 2003 after doing business for many years under separate (individual) tax permits. The owner's are responsible for contracting the estate sales and all aspects of conducting the estate sales. They have two long-time employees who assist in the estate sale preparation and the 2-day sales to the public. The company operates with a Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit, and in accord with the laws of The State of Texas, collect and report sales tax on all their sales. We meet with all potential clients to view the estates in question and provide information about how the proposed estate sale will be conducted. We provide potential clients with copies of the responses of our past clients and other forms of recommendatin of our services. In business since 1980, we provide our clients with years of experiece and familiarity with the greater Austin area and the buying public.
