Business Description: Home Staging isn't just for vacant homes, we work with many owner occupied homes and utilize their furnishings, and we work with the homeowner to ensure that the home is Market Ready (with Repairs completed and items Updated) and shows great to the target buyers.
We're giving Home Staging a New Perspective through the use of Metaphysics, Psychology, Feng Shui, and Design so that a home appeals to its target buyer.
Our unique approach does not eliminate the personality of a home or turn it into the ever so common 'neutral blah', it creates a positive emotional response from buyers by arranging spaces that direct a buyer, that generate positive connections, and that show a buyer a home that they can enjoy through the use of color, furniture arrangements, and Feng Shui. The end result is a home that 'feels good' to buyers.
