"I have had this microwave wall oven unit for over three years and it has been nothing but trouble. It is a Whirlpool. Everything from broken latch to a burned-out" control board have gone wrong. Each and every time there is an issue with it you have to wait two weeks to have someone come look at it then it takes at least 3 to 4 weeks to ship whatever part and if you are lucky they get the right part. Usually it is the wrong part and you have to wait another 3 to 4 weeks. This is simply unacceptable and ridiculous to be without a vital kitchen appliance for a few months. Offer no apologies and have incompetent workers. I would never recommend them to anyone. The sales guys at the store do a great job selling but it is after you get it home that all the trouble begins. Do not buy from them!

"The price was very fair. It's a very good company. We have used them for years. They're A in everything. When you call them, they respond quickly. A friend" of mine called them on Thanksgiving because her oven broke. They went to their house on Thanksgiving Day and fixed her
. The guy is amazing.

Furniture Store reviews in Sharon

All went very well!! I like dealing with smaller companies and they were the best. I got great in store help and then when delivered the guys were nice and fast. They may cost a bit more but the service that comes with it is so much better. I am buying a

and fridge next and will be going back to

Sharon Furniture Stores Provider Name Locked
came out on a Monday and diagnosed the problem. He is very knowledgeable, and shared his experience on the reliability of multiple lines of appliances. He is very professional and well spoken. He had to order the new circuit board from a warehouse in upstate New
Sharon Furniture Stores Provider Name Locked
, and this took 3 days to arrive at his business outside of Madsion Va. As soon as the part arrived, he was at out place the same day to install. Couldn't be happier with the overall level of service and punctuality. Only downside was the cost of the part ($199), but this is beyond the control of the repair man.

The installer provided by
Sharon Furniture Stores Provider Name Locked
was not on time, frequently missed appointments, and often left early. When I called
Sharon Furniture Stores Provider Name Locked
they would call the installer who would promise to complete the install. A little work would be done and I was back to contacting
Sharon Furniture Stores Provider Name Locked
. The work began in April 2015 and as of today 9 Sep 2015 has not been completed. Since I charge the work to my
Sharon Furniture Stores Provider Name Locked
card and they refuse to refund I am trying to work with them to complete this very slow installation; but my patient is running very thin.
I would have rated F but the work is not yet completed. What has been done by the first contractor lousy and by the other good. None of the work is excellent.
Sharon Furniture Stores Provider Name Locked
have offered discounts on items I ordered to complete the job because the first contractor made an incomplete estimate omitting a lot of things that were needed.
If work is not done soon I will have to get the BBB and Attorney General office on contractor disputes involved.
Just a bit of advice. Make sure you ask
Sharon Furniture Stores Provider Name Locked
who they are contracting the work out to and due your due diligence to see if the contractor has a good reputation before signing the contract. Remember at
Sharon Furniture Stores Provider Name Locked
you pay for the work upfront and they are extremely reluctant to refund at the Bartonsville/Stroudsburg site.

hired a company that subcontracts to individual contractors. This company frequently overbooks and thus contractors are not available to do the work when a problem such as mine arises. The first contractor sent out was sent to do 1100 square feet of tile in a weekend. Even I knew he could not do this and try to be accomendating in allowing two to four weeks but when he constantly miss appointments and showed up for only 3 to 4 hours work once I knew that this installation was going be a problem.

They came and measured the kitchen. Went to the shop and picked out cabinets, floor, sink, faucet, etc. We were presented with a price and contract. We went ahead. Workmen came in for the demo of the kitchen. All OK. The install began. Workmanship was sloppy. The workman was a subcontractor and his helper was a subcontractor of the workman. A soffit was torn out and all the insulation behind it. Cabinets were put up. We later discovered we had cold air blow out between cabinets in the winter. At least the glasses are prechilled. Then we find out that they won't do plaster work in a spot where the soffit was. We had to hire someone else. Also had to hire our own electrician to add some outlets I wanted. The sill plates at the doors are obnoxiously large and not cut to fit to the doorway. Then we find out that they "forgot" the baseboard molding and we had to pay another $400. Oh and we "forgot" the door handles and drawer pulls, another $500, and they are not even around they room. You can see some handles a little crooked, some a little higher than others. Very shoddy work. No up front notice that they won't do all the work? Added costs to a signed contract? I would not recommend these clowns to my worst enemy.

Delivery was scheduled for 9/11/2015. B&S call, appliance not available until 9/15/15. On 9/15/15 delivery truck arrives and the appliance (one of two) was not on the truck. Delivery rescheduled (third try) for 10/1/15. On 10/1/15 the delivery truck arrives and calls to make delivery. Purchaser was talking with a contractor in the back yard and the B&S delivery truck departs. Purchaser calls delivery dispatcher 6 minutes later and delivery truck refuses to return.

We originally called 5/2015 because of an issue we were having with our ice maker. The appointment was set up for a few days later with a 3 hour window. We were told the service tech would call us when he was leaving his previous appointment to give us a little time which we needed as we were in a meeting down the street and my wife was prepared to leave when necessary. The tech did not call us prior but called to tell us he was there and we were not so he was leaving. We had to call and reschedule for a few days later. The tech then came out and the ice maker decided to work for him as he tried it once and said it was fine. The next day it stopped dispensing ice out of the door again. He came back a few days later to find that it wasn't working then he literally opened the freezer door and said ok we will order a whole new door. It seemed very odd to me that you would come to that conclusion literally by opening a door and not even looking at the ice maker. He told us they would call when it arrived. 4 weeks past without hearing anything so we decided to call to check the status when they told us it can take up to 18 weeks to arrive! I spoke to
Sharon Furniture Stores Provider Name Locked
directly and they said they would try to speed up the process and let me know when we can expect it, but they never called me back. It has been 18 weeks and the repair company has been extremely rude and now will not return our calls. So I may be forced to take legal action to have my fridge fixed. It's not just about your prices, but your staff and the subs you choose can make or break your business.

I called to schedule a repair. They couldn't come for 10 days. On day 9, they called and said that they had "training" and could not fix my dishwasher. They would come the next day. They never did. They never called. I finally called after waiting halt the day and was told, "Oh, he can't come. He should have called you. We can schedule you for the following Wednesday". I asked to speak to the manager, but she wasn't available (and never called back). I called the store and spoke with a salesman who some how was able to get a guy to come out to my house. When he arrived, he looked at it and determined it needed a new valve. He said he would order the part on Monday. I called on Wednesday (15 days after requesting service for the first time) and after about 10 minutes of questions and being on hold, was told that Oh, the part had just been ordered the day before (so a day after promised). When I questioned the business practice of sending a service provider without the tools to do his job I was told that "we are a repair company, not a parts company" and that they could not possibly schedule anyone to come out until the part had arrived, which usually takes 5-7 business days (or another 10 days without a dishwasher) and once it arrived they would call and only then would they schedule a service call (which I know from prior experience takes another 7-10 days). Add it all up and we will be without a dishwasher for somewhere between 24 and 30 days. The moral of the story: unless you can live without your appliance for a month, never purchase a warranty agreement from

. As for me, I plan to avoid the entire organization for the rest of my life.

They were very helpful and price was comparable with the big box stores. Installation was done and care was taken to ensure no damage. Features were explained. Overall good experience and I will be using them for the rest of my kitchen appliance purchases.
