"He's really kind. we've been to several doctors and I really feel like he listens to me. The office staff is equipped to deal with small children."

"My overall experience is excellent. In terms of availability, you can always get in a group. She is a primary doctor, but if you have an emergency, you might have to see a nurse practitioner or somebody. The office environment is excellent. I think they do a pretty good job in terms of punctuality. The staff friendliness and bedside manner is very good. The communication is excellent. She is very effective in terms of treatment. Billing and administration is business like and it is excellent. I am planning to use this provider again in the future; I have another appointment."
A
"Very pleased with them. He listens well. Very thorough. Staff is good. Good organization there. He doesn't make you wait."
A
"He takes his time with you and is concerned about what is wrong. He won't hesitate to send you to a specialist if needed. It is not hard to schedule an appointment to see him."
A
"They got me in really fast and the doctor was very concerned and spent a lot of time with me. He was kind and very professional.

No answers yet on my dizziness but he's followed up with blood tests, referral to specialist and an upcoming followup visit. No fancy decor in this office but excellent health care. Office staff and nurse were kind and considerate, especially since I got lost (twice) getting to their office and was late.

Same for the lab tech who took blood. She was very sweet and skilled.

"It was great. She is a wonderful doctor. She really listens and tries different things before she refers you elsewhere. She is responsible that way, but will send you if you need to go somewhere. She is very knowledgeable. Her office runs well and they are all very sweet. I usually have to wait but I think that is normal with doctors. She is real good with treatments."
A

"Dr.
Knoxville Primary Care Provider Name Locked
is absolutely delightful. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. She explained everything entirely. She also did a follow up by sending me the lab reports. I find the follow up to be very important and helpful. The office staff is exceptionally friendly. They always answer the phone. They also transfer you to the nurse if the doctor is not available. The office is very efficient. I have seen a lot of different doctors in my years and I am very satisfied with their services."

"Dr.
Knoxville Primary Care Provider Name Locked
has entered semi-retirement, only working 3 days per week.

I would recommend finding a full-time primary care doctor if you are searching for a primary care doctor."
A
"We like him, we've been going to him for this many years. I have felt like I have had good, appropriate care. i think he follows well accepted professional guidelines and what he recommends. I haven't had a health problem where we had to discuss options. He always asks me if I have questions and I have them he always takes the time to listen to and answer my questions."
