Ceramic Tiling reviews in Knoxville
Purchased a home, and stressed that the materials could not be delivered until the home was closed upon. The materials were dumped in the yard before closing.
Contractor would promise to show up, and not show, or call. This happened multiple times. I had to contact
The purpose of the fence was to allow my dogs full use of the yard. When the contractor *finally* finished, and they left.. one of the gates would not stay closed. The panels were so far apart, that the latch would not touch. I had to contact
I was told that the same guys would be sent to fix the problem. No thank you. Not THAT runaround, again. I was lied to by the frontline worker and by the installed services management. I had to go to corporate to receive help. I went to corporate 3 times.
Lows would not follow up with me, ever - despite the continued problems. They utterly failed. A comealong is still attached to my fence, the post is not cut to size or capped. It has been a month since the new contractor was finally sent.
I am tired of calling repeatedly, to get any sort of answers. To require escalation every single time to get any satisfaction. I am not sure what I paid

Excellent service, responsiveness, quality and professionalism. Installers were very polite and done a GREAT job, taking their time and doing it right. They were on time and completed the job when they said they would.
Cleaned everything up when they finished and hauled away.
We are very HAPPY and PLEASED with our experience with
He refused to take any money up front, or even after the work was partially done. (We had purchased the tile and grout a few months prior; he provided the thinset). He said he wanted us to be completely satisfied with the floor before we paid him.
We asked him to have a look at a cracked tile in our kitchen (it had been installed by someone else 2 years earlier) and he offered to replace it at no charge. We opted not to replace it since it would have required us to buy another bag of grout, and it's in an inconspicuous place.
We would definitely use Mr. Ozanne again, and have already referred him to a family member who saw our finished porch floor and wants him to install tile in a bathroom.
Lowe's contracted with Homes Services to perform the work. The owner, Rusty
The flooring was installed in the downstairs rooms this week. The crew named
Every time I called Mr. Ornter he either answered the phone or called me back very quickly.
Our new floors are beautiful! Such an improvement from the old carpet.
I totally recommend
Everyone we met and dealt with in their office was super friendly and extremely helpful to my wife and I. Since this was our first home remodeling project the sincerity and interaction we had with
There were two separate crews assigned to complete our multiple projects. The better of the two teams was a gentleman named
Although their prices are higher than some of their competition the quality and kindness is worth the extra cash in my opinion. Some ideas for improvement would be to have a supervisor do a final walkthrough and warm handoff after the project is finished and the billing process. Although the bills were sent electronic PDF I found myself scratching my head to keep track of the multitude of estimates, change orders, and invoices. After requesting some clarification I was provided with a precise breakdown of all expenditures and balances.
We will gladly choose them for our next project and bathroom remodel coming up in the summer.
The cost stated above includes only purchased most of the major items including appliances, cabinetry, countertop, hardwood flooring, floor tile, backsplash tile, kitchen sink, faucets, etc. The homeowner supplied and installed barn wood attached to back side of kitchen island. And most of the demolition work was performed by the homeowners.
Our kitchen remodel included opening up an area that was once 4 separate rooms (kitchen, family, dining, living), and also a foyer and a hallway leading to our bedrooms - in all about 900 square feet. The chip-board subfloor had to be replaced since it would not effectively hold the hardwood flooring nails. The circa-1979 textured ceiling was scraped and covered over by new drywall. The kitchen spans almost 30 feet against a backwall and there is a 16.5 foot long island. The entire area includes new hardwood flooring except for about 100 square feet of floor tile. There is subway backsplash tile on the back wall, along with a recessed niche over the cook top. The kitchen island has a tiled backsplash. The counter tops are quartz. There are bookcases, 3 stacked ovens, a gas cooktop, a counter-depth refrigerator, dishwasher, pot filler in the backsplash niche over the cooktop, etc. Twelve recessed lights were installed along with 9 feet of under-cabinetry
