Horrible customer service and deceptive business practices. I purchased a deal from them for a $119 remote starter. They told me that my car would require extra work so it would cost $399. They told me the dealer would charge at least $800. I thought it was a good deal. I called the dealer to check their prices as the dealer is always outrageously ...More priced, I was shocked to discover it was only $385! They lied to me... When I called back to inform them of the information I found and to cancel my deposit they became angry. They tried convincing me that the dealer is not using factory parts and there is no warranty...umm don't think so! The owner got on the phone and told me he was declining my business. Great, that's exactly what I wanted. Stay clear of this place.

We took my son's Honda Civic to in September due to buzzing sound in doors and rear deck when stereo was playing. They did not find any problems with the speakers or system. They offered to install sound deadening materials inside the doors and rear deck to reduce vibrations. It was not an inexpensive service, but we decided ...More that it would be worth it to improve the sound system. We thought the system did sound better initially after picking up the car. Our son is in college out of state in South and he headed back to school with the car. Unfortunately, he discovered that the passenger interior door panel was not fully clipped in and was causing noise and buzzing due to being loose. I contacted to notify them of the problem. Because our son was in South , it was not possible to simply bring the car back into the shop for another month. They tried to see if there was someplace local that could reattach the panel, but there was not. Unbelievably, they offered to drive to South and perform the service there. We offered for our son to meet them halfway, but the tech ( ) insisted that he come to my son's apartment to fix the door. Not only did he drive 2 hours to make the repair, he added more sound proofing materials to the doors to further correct the noise. Although we had a minor snag with the service at , they went WAY above and beyond with their service. My son is very happy with the improvements to his car, and has really earned our business and I highly recommend them.

I got a wild hair one day and decided to get some work done on my car. Cold called them one morning and they told me to come in to install stereo and a back up camera. They did a great job and I was so impressed with them I had them tint my front windows while my car was there. Great place and I will definitely be back.

There are some projects that I don't mind tackling, while others are better left to the pros. In this case, I found the pros that were able to install a custom audio system in my classic car. and are the owners of Auto, on the corner of Mills ...More Road and Capital Blvd, in Wake Forest. I spent several weeks looking searching the -Wake Forest area for equipment that would provide the sound that would compliment passenger compartment of the car. Our neighbors recently had a new sound system installed at and suggested that I drive down and view their selection of stereos, amps and speakers.
When I first met with , I asked him to come out and look at the car to see if he felt there would be any issues with any kind of install. Being that the car is 44 years old (240z), nearly all of the interior parts, panels, knobs, etc. are original to the car. As we all know, plastic becomes brittle with age and wear so I was fairly nervous and guarded about having just anyone disassemble the car. The other owner, , is the primary installer for the company. reassured me that he had over 20 years of experience installing systems and alarms, and that the Z was in good hands. We ultimately decided on a top of the line, 6x9 pioneer speaker, with an amp that would be suitable to push the speakers. I had already invested in a retro look stereo that has the same profile as the original car stereo with all of the modern features on current stereos. Although I did not purchase the stereo from their store, said that it would not be an issue to connect everything up.
Instead of cutting into the real car panels, built a custom speaker box that fit perfectly in the rear of the car and blended in with the car. I was able to watch the complete install, including the mounting of the stereo, wiring, amp placement and speaker install. I was extremely happy with the install, and the sound is crisp from low to high volume. It really does sound incredible and the install looks great!
Honesty and business integrity go along way in my book. The owners exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and family.

is the worst service dealership I’ve ever visited. Thankfully after my last visit, Customer Care recommended JBA and I was thoroughly impressed with JBA’s service department. Even though is closer to me, JBA is my new service ...More center and I’ll never have to set foot in ever again. For my first service visit at , I scheduled my 26,000 mile service online. I also requested that a rattling sound from a wheel be inspected. In the online appointment form, I posted a youtube video that I filmed reproducing the rattling noise. When I arrived at and waited about 10 minutes for someone to help, they had no knowledge of my online appointment. After sitting down with Deck, the service representative, I was asked to return to my car to retrieve the registration. I suppose he didn’t write down the VIN when he started my appointment. I’ve never had to present my registration at any dealer, quick shop, etc. ever before. I asked Deck if they price matched JBA ’s price for the same service and he told me, “No, but you can take your car there instead.” A , “No, sorry” would have been nicer. Against my better judgment, I returned to about 10 months later for a warranty issue regarding my SiriusXM antenna losing signal constantly. When I set up the appointment over the phone, immediately I was told that satellite signal is sometimes lost. At , you never get the feeling that the customer is right. After having to explain myself, I set up the appointment. Since my expectations were so low with , I made videos showing the constantly dropping SiriusXM signal in various parts of my daily travels. could not reproduce the issue. I showed the technician the videos in all different parts of Baltimore and counties dropping signal. He stated that he could not reproduce the issue and didn’t know why the signal drops in other areas. When I was handed the invoice showing that no work was preformed, the customer name and contact information was for a completely different person. Not a misspelling, but someone else entirely with a different address and phone number. did not even know my name after 2 service appointments. Immediately, I called Customer Support. A regional representative contacted me and set up an appointment at JBA . JBA are professional, courteous, provided a loaner and were able to reproduce the issue. They replaced my SiriusXM antenna and my signal has been 100% solid since. I can’t say enough great things about JBA compared to . If is your local retailer, do yourself a favor and make the extra drive to JBA . It’s well worth it. Even the regional representatives recommend JBA over .
