"Excellent Job, the color match was spot on and the car look new. The service rep

was great, she kept us informed and answered e-mails quickly. The repair was on time and matched the estimate.

"Got the recommendation from another auto dealer (that shall remain nameless) service rep.
Knoxville Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
returned my call promptly, provided all the info I needed to make my decision. Then he came to my office to pick up my vehicle as scheduled; the work took less than one day ..reservation required. Excellent job cleaning, waxing, shampooing, conditioning, deodorizing. While the price was about $50 higher than the going rates I found, I found this a fair value for the work performed. Would use them again.

I had used
Knoxville Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
in
Knoxville Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
several times before and had always been pleased with their work. Since the back-up was so long in Knoxville, I chose to use
Knoxville Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
again. Even there, I wasn't able to get in until Oct. 31. Moderate hail dents were evident on the roof, lift back, fenders and tops of the doors. The hood had several deep depressions. As often happens, there was some damage not covered by the insurance estimate--one being the hood needed to be replaced rather than repaired. Even though it took longer than expected, with the additional work, the folks at
Knoxville Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
took the time needed to do the job correctly, worked with the insurance company, and explained the delay. When I went to get the car, there were a couple of places that concerned me. They kept the car another day for the touch-ups--and checked for a rattle that had nothing to do with hail damage.

"These guys are real nice but couldn't get the scope of work right after four visits. They did a pretty good job of fixing the body, and a great job of cleaning the car up but their scheduling is terrible and their ability to tell you the status and completion date for your car is terrible. They never completed part of the job."

"I heard stories that it was taking weeks just to get an estimate. I called them and the told me to just bring it in. I brought it in and they got to me almost immediately. I was in and out in less than half an hour. They were great!"

"I have used
Knoxville Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
a number of times over the years for 3 different vehicles. He's always been great to deal with and upfront about pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any kind of painting or body work. I've received many complements on the paint job to his credit."

"Our job was prescribed by the insurance agency, and at first we were thrilled that the preferred body shop was the Mercedes Collision Center, and was pretty close to our home in West
Knoxville Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
. The initial attempts to get the car fixed were difficult and was a back and forth between the Collision Center and the Insurance Agency (USAA: which is also highly rated). Initially we thought the problems were with the insurance company, and thought nothing of it until later. Our initial repair was done in February 2010, and all appeared well. Later that summer, the AC began to make strange noises and losing its cooling ability. I took the car back and was told pretty quickly that there was another part ( a second condenser or evaporator?) that was damaged that they did not catch in the original estimate; they would have to call the insurance agency to get permission to spend more money on the repair. At this point, I'm still happy with the service and feel that I've been given relevant and accurate information, and understand that stuff happens. I'll be contacted with an answer. What then happens really turns me sour. At almost every point, when they tell me they will call me, I end up calling after the point at which I was told they would call me after not hearing anything. First: "oh yes, we just found out the insurance will cover the additional part and were going to call you". Then: "we have to order the part and will call you" Then a few days later: "oh let me check.... why yes!, the part is here, bring it in on Tuesday" Then we bring it in: ?your car will be ready this afternoon" Then at 3 PM later that day... "they are just now putting the A/C back together now, and we'd like to keep it overnight to make sure it keeps it's Freon.... can you wait until tomorrow?" I felt like I was dealing with my teenager as opposed a Mercedes Dealership/Collision Center. I am a patient person, but I felt like I was pushing a wet rope, and that if I did not call and hound them, then I would still be waiting on the A/C to be fixed. This was certainly "average" service, but they always were polite on the phone and at the shop. I'm not sure if I would have rated this experience higher were it not a Mercedes Shop, perhaps I should have had lower expectations I now believe the initial difficulty in getting my car in the shop (almost 30 days sitting in my driveway) was likely due to the lack of initiative at the Collision Center and getting the insurance agency the proper information to start the repairs."

"
Knoxville Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
is a little out of the way, but the company is very affordable. They were quick and very good at what they did for me. I tried different places and this was the most affordable for me. Several other places wanted to charge me around $1500 for the same service that I got at this place. I thought the work was excellent and it matched the rest of the car very well."

"I've used King for years and have always experienced friendly service and fair pricing. This most recent experience which was really minor has been a little more problematic (it's always the smaller jobs) but it is getting done and I still have good trust in Bill King."

's has been around for a while and I would know because I am in my eighties. My mother lived to be ninety five and I just might too, and
Knoxville Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
's will still probably be around then. I have always taken my Pontiac over to them to do any kind of work, really. I think they are reliable, and I am used to using them. I actually just recently stopped driving though. It was getting too hard between my vision as I've aged, and my arthritis, I am better off not being on the roads. I still would send someone else over to
Knoxville Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
's place, though, if they wanted good work done on their vehicle because I know they would treat them right. I also feel that they have, on all of the work that I have given them, charged me reasonable rates in relation to what I would be charged elsewhere. In my personal opinion, I find all car work to be outrageously expensive though.
