Phone service is OK, but expensive. Wireless phone is OK and seems reasonably priced. Internet service was slow and unreliable. Support was poor. Website is thoroughly confusing. Until recently you had to remover several passwords. That is remedied now but you still have to to wander all over the site to check on the different services. Internet service was so poor that I dropped it and although the service I have now is slow, it is reliable. 100% better. I would never recommend their DSL internet. I stick with
because there are no competitors that offer a better value into area. But I am ready to switch whenever a cheaper phone and wireless become available here.

All of this occurred in January after one of the reps from ATT offered us a "better price" on our service if we converted our business land line to a business cell phone (we already had 5 cell phones/iPads). They assured us we would not
any service, but the instant we changed, we lost our internet which was a near disaster for our international internet business. It took them 7 days to get our internet back and that was when they reduced the cap on our bandwidth because they had already sold what we had. It has been a complete disaster. The problem with using satellite is losing our service during all the summer rain storms, so our options were/are very limited.

Went OK, technician came to the house at the appointed hour, installed proper termination equipment, installed MODEM, tested, hooked to wireless router, everything tested good. Have had no issues since installation over 2 years ago. no outages.

They have been taking the payments off my credit card each month. When my card's date changed, THEY TOOK ALL OF MY MINUTES AWAY. OVER $360 MINUTES WORTH! I called them and told them that I am on fixed income and can't afford to have them STEAL OVER $360 FROM ME. They promised to call, but didn't. I called them again, going through the whole thing again with another person. She seem very kind and understanding, and promised someone would get back to me. Three weeks later, NO CALL, AND THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY. I THINK IT IS WRONG THAT THIS COMPANY CAN TAKE MY MONEY AND NOT GIVE ME ANYTHING FOR IT. THAT IS STEALING.

Apartment complexI called Customer Service to get the bill corrected, only to be told that since I didn't use the industry accepted term "block", that the charges stood. I went to the manager of CS and got the same answer. I continued up the chain of command and still got the same answer. They had since sent the bill to collections....More /> I've heard of many other, very recent, horror stories about their overcharges, but you can find those yourself on the net. It won't take much.

Park location. I was told I would receive a notification when the phone was available to be picked up. That the phone would be held for 4 days. if I did not pick it up by then the order would be cancelled. I never heard from the store so on the 12th I attempted to call for hours numerous hours and no one ever picked up the line. I called the national number. They attempted to call the location also a couple of times and were unable to get through. The customer service person checked the stock and said the location had 5 of the phone, but they could not help me until after the 4th day in which the order would be cancelled automatically.

Called to set up service after having been without service due to AT&T's lousy service for a week. I explained our problem to the phone sales person. She answered all of my questions regarding price and service plans and then arranged to have an installer come out the next day. The whole experience was very smooth, they arrived when they said and had me up and running in no time. Great service, profession sales and installation personnel. a huge difference from my experience with AT&T. Local is always better! Oh and I LOVE the TIVO!

Although I have had great reception and good internet speeds, our service went out on 7/1. We called to report it and they attempted to troubleshoot it over the phone. They decided it was the modem and rather than send a technician to the house, fed ex'ed a modem to us which took two days to arrive. At that time we again called the service center who walked us through installation and setup over the phone. (it is now

3rd). Nothing they could do, resolved the service issue and so they scheduled (finally) a technician to come to the house for the following day from 8am to noon. The technician arrived at 12:00 (no kidding), fiddled with the modem for 5 minutes and then reported that the problem was outside the house. He said he would set up an outside technician appointment who would be there within the hour. That technician never showed. We called the service line again and were told an outside tech would be at the house between 4pm and 8pm. The tech never showed. I called the service line the next morning, (

5th) only to be told "I don't know why they told you a tech would come out on Independence Day, but someone will be there today between 4pm and 8pm". They never showed. I called again the next morning and asked to speak to a supervisor. She told me that she "guaranteed" the service would be repaired that day. (Sunday,

6th). It wasn't. We decided to give it one more day just in case the mess was caused by the holiday weekend. So called again on Monday,

7th, and were told that we were at the "top of the list", they had a large service back log due to the holiday but "assured" us the repair would happen between...you guessed it... 4 pm and 8pm. They didn't show. We decided to call the local cable company,

communications, who arranged for installation the following day and then actually came the day they said they would. So after a full week of no service (t.v. or internet) from AT&T, I am back in the 21st century. I will NEVER do business with AT&T again. Lousy service, lousy service recovery and perhaps if their service call volume is so heavy they can't respond in 7 days to problems- lousy product.

It went horrible. Nothing was resolved and I ended up getting off the phone with a CSR because I had been on the phone so long the battery was going to die. They were so rude. Later I tried chat, they had me do the same thing. run all over the house. Then the csr said she would send out a tech but I may have to pay a service charge if they decided it was my fault.
I had volume on all but one channel. It was reported by multiple people. It was not just my home. Yet, they still had me go through all the cable boxes, giving them serial numbers and unplugging and then plugging back in boxes and TVs.
I then found out that the CSR I was chatting with (I had already chatted with one CSR and spoke on the phone with a local CSR) was overseas and had my account information. I did not have ANY IDEA that they outsourced CSR chat reps overseas and also gave them access to out private account information. Now, I worry about ID theft.

Refreshing Service in the phone industry! With a broken phone and insurance I headed to my local AT&T store on Congress. I was given very little help and even told "they don't have phone" there. I headed to Metro PCS looking for a replacement phone until I could figure out what to do. Thankfully they told me about "
