"Dr. changed my daughters life forever. She finally gets to sleep through the night and she no longer snores or gasps for air. He educated" us - had excellent service and bedside manner. I would absolutely recommend Dr. to anyone!

"After years and years of different treatments, ENTs and antibiotics, it took one visit to Dr. and a small procedure for my sinus issues to" be resolved. Dr. is very professional and attentive. He made sure I understood why I was having these sinus issues and explained thoroughly how we can fix it. The procedure was easy and as explained. I have had zero sinus issues since then. Highly recommend ENT.

Pediatric Ent reviews in Germantown

I wouldn't recommend to anyone. His treatment of patients is horrible. I scheduled an appointment with him 30 minutes after his office opened. He saw me 2 hours later. When I asked him why he was so late, he said it was because I wasn't paying in cash. Note: My insurance covers it. He said if I paid in cash he ...More would see me sooner. What an idiot!

He has a phenomenal bedside manner. He talks to the child and listens to the child, then he talks to the parent. The child and the parent are equally spoken too and engaged. Scheduling with him is reasonable. If it is urgent they get you right in, if not, you might have to wait a little, but it is worth the wait. Also, outside of the office, if he sees ...More you or your child, he has a nice greeting. he recognizes you outside of the office.

He's very patient with the children. When we first went in there, they said they couldn't give anything yet because they didn't have an opening for like three months. But then when the doctor looked at it, he got them put in in a week. He adding us on to the beginning of his day. We were an extra case, that he came in early to treat.

The general service is very good -- it's a pleasant office, appointments are timely, billing is accurate, prices are reasonable and staff are professional. However, the patient experienced a very painful treatment technique. When I inquired about using a less painful technique the Doctor said that this was the only one he used because he felt washing/rising ...More the ear out was not very effective.
I view this type of response from a doctor as alarming and a red flag. The patient has had multiple treatments of this nature in the past and has NEVER experienced this amount of pain. The doctor may just be inexperienced in treating geriatric clients who also have Alzheimer's.
For the next appointment I will request a different doctor and if that doesn't work then I will no longer take this geriatric client to this practice.

Dr. and ALL of her staff are very professional, patient with the children, as well as the adults. We LOVE Dr. , her physician's assistant and ALL of her staff. You could not ask for a better office if your child needs ENT services.

Dr. Mouzakes removed our daughters adenoid at age 14 months. We knew she needed something done when she just kept getting sick over and over again. After an Xray it was revealed her adenoid was very large and causing a blockage that prevented her Eustachian tubes from draining, causing infections. We were lucky enough to get in fairly quickly with ...More Dr. Mouzakes and he was fantastic. He recommended surgery, and we scheduled it right away. The procedure was fast, and you can tell he does these a lot. His bedside manner was fantastic. He spent time with us in the waiting room just after the procedure telling us how it went. Her recovery was a little more involved than I expected, but she is a very sensitive child so it was not surprising to me that that was the case. Within a week she was totally back to normal. She has not been on antibiotics even once since her surgery. This is the longest she has gone her whole life without an infection. We are thrilled and relieved. The constant stress of caring for a sick child every few weeks is past now, and she is growing and thriving. I would recommend Dr. Mouzakes to anyone who has a child in need of an ENT. He is absolutely phenomenal. Thank you!!!!!!

is excellent. They totally check your ears and it takes about an hour. Then they show the different hearing aids available and we order them. They are very reasonably priced. We can go in any time and we don't have to fix an appointment. We would use them in the future.
- Ruth R.

Dr. is one of the best specialists in the country as far as I can tell. His no-nonsense style and great communication gave me the confidence to trust him. He spent a lot of time before the surgery with models, videos, and drawings to explain what he saw, what he recommended, and how it would go.
I had the sleep apnea ...More surgery in the late '90s and it was a huge success. He cured my apnea, which allowed me to loose a lot of weight and significantly improve my health.
Years later, my daughter developed enlarged adenoids, and again, Dr. did a great job of working with me and my daughter to help her through a very scary hospital experience. And best of all, his surgery was a complete success again!
His colleagues and staff in his office are great, and the experience we had at the hospital where he did his surgeries (Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary) was also wonderful.
