Business Description: A & B Restoration is a fully Licensed, Bonded, and Insured home restoration company. We specialize in exterior storm restoration. We work directly with our customer's insurance company to see that the insured is compensated for any and all storm related damages. We offer free exterior home inspections by our in-house certified professionals. After the claim has been filed, our damage inspectors meet with the claims representative on site in order to assure that all damage is brought to the attention of the insurance company. A & B Restoration acts as representation between the insured and the insurer to assure that the customer is compensated appropriately for all damages. Most work is performed by A & B staff; however, we do retain the services of subcontractors if there is work outside the scope of our license. A & B works only with licensed subcontractors who provide monthly up to date certificates of insurance. We hold our employees as well as our subcontractors to a higher standard customer service and ask that no swearing or foul language or gestures be demonstrated at our work sites. A & B Restoration currently employs 5 certified damage inspectors, 5 roofing crews consisting of 6 to 10 crew members and a crew supervisor. A & B Restoration strives to achieve the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and we value deeply a strong referral base from our customers. We offer referral bonuses and advertising bonuses which can often offset the cost of an insurance deductible or the cost of any upgrades our customers might be interested in.
