"Great group of guys to work with. Showed up right on time. Worked until job was finished both loading and unloading. Will definitely use again.

-Daniel J.

"Things went great. We have several very large & heavy pieces to be moved.
' team did an excellent job. They were on time, very careful" in moving the furniture and extremely professional. In addition their prices were better than the other bids I received. I marked price good rather than excellent only because using a moving service isn't cheap. That having been said, I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

If you desire to attempt to save Dollars, offer the buyer a Discount , a % OFF the settling price  to accomodate New carpet installation . Typically the carpet is replaced  and floors REfinished , to present the house you are selling at the best possible appearance , not showing the wear of your stay there.

Think about IT , which house would you rather BUY ?

A home with  New Flooring , or one where you see every  scratche and stain left by the former Owners ?

Discount the sell price  ,DO NOT Refinish the Floors at all and Sell  AS IS ,  or  refinish and install NEW CHEAP CARPET !

Moving reviews in Dayton

Dayton Moving Companies Provider Name Locked
called me right away to discuss details of delivery and scheduled it with me on the first call.
Dayton Moving Companies Provider Name Locked
was great and very communicative in confirming the delivery and updating me three to four times prior to the delivery men meeting me at the storage locker. The truck was on time, exactly when
Dayton Moving Companies Provider Name Locked
said they would be there and we got to work on loading up the truck and they even put some items in my car (wasn't sure I was going to want them in my house yet - too many boxes at one time clutters up the main room). Also because my items were in storage for so long, I wanted to make sure the boxes were bug free.
We then took off from the storage locker and they met me at the house (they arrived before me) and started to unload the furniture; me directing where each box/item was to be unloaded. They also helped me unwrap all the previously wrapped furniture and boxed bed mattress and box spring; they also took the garbage away which was a big relief. Some furniture had to be relocated because my couch pieces are enormous and wouldn't get into some of the door frames, but they didn't mind at all trying to fit the furniture where I wanted; even moving it to another level in the house.
All in all a great moving experience. We were done within two hours and it was quite painless. I was, at this point, quite sick of making trips back and forth to the storage locker and these guys really made a difference... Hands down,
Dayton Moving Companies Provider Name Locked
was the right choice!

The first day of the packout, they arrived 2 1/2 hours later than expected. The office staff seemed surprised by
Dayton Moving Companies Provider Name Locked
DC traffic. The crew itself was great - professional, friendly, and fast. The next day, the truck arrived a day before expected, which was great and allowed them to split the heavy lifting. Due to uncertainty of delivery a couple weeks later in
Dayton Moving Companies Provider Name Locked
, we even worked with the office to have them hold our stuff and deliver when we wanted rather than have it go to another moving company and be at their schedule's mercy for delivery.
However, something happened in the office that the expected delivery of 1 or maybe 2
Dayton Moving Companies Provider Name Locked
got delayed. When pressed a couple of times per day on the 30th, 1st, and 2nd, the officer staff we spoke with were extremely confused. They were unclear if our goods were on a truck, if so where that truck was, when it could be in South
Dayton Moving Companies Provider Name Locked
. Once again, the movers themselves made up for confused and too-busy-to-be-bothered office staff by being great when they arrived. They worked hard, moved our good where we wanted them, and removed the cardboard.
I would use them again, but the office staff should value passing along information. Even bad news is better than confusion and the appearance of hiding something.
- John K.

They were to do a
Dayton Moving Companies Provider Name Locked
, relatively small cross - town move. They were late, rude, unprofessional, unprepared, and overpriced. We are never going to use them again! There are way too many other options out there.
- Mark B.

These are the best movers. I've moved a few times in the valley, always with disappointment.
1. Called early on a Saturday and was immediately put on the schedule for that day, THANK YOU. 2. Had a difficult sofa they could not get through the front, and without prompting they pushed it over the back porch with alacrity. 3. Perfect sized truck. Not huge and not too small, so everything in one trip and able to navigate the neighborhood. 4. Tiny dings in my sofa fixed by a professional, THAT THEY PAID FOR. Who does that anymore? 5. Called in extra help when needed. These guys are the best. If you want it done right.
- Robin A J.

We were able to schedule quickly, customer service was friendly and we were given a 3 hour window in which the movers would arrive on day of service. They showed up with 2 minutes left in that window and got right to work. Were quick, hardworking and professional at all times. Although it was still worth it, buying packing supplies from them is extremely expensive--$150 for

wrap on a mattress and entertainment center.
- Michael G.

They were actually a little late; however,
Dayton Moving Companies Provider Name Locked
at the office kept me informed ahead of time.
When they arrived I showed the 2 guys,
Dayton Moving Companies Provider Name Locked
(?) and
Dayton Moving Companies Provider Name Locked
, around the house indicating everything I wanted moved. They then promptly got to work. I was happily impressed with the care they took with everything. If there was something which could slide out, off, around, up, down, whatever, they made sure to wrap the furniture in plastic wrap. They did this to two chest of drawers, a couch, a computer desk, a book case, and a credenza filing cabinet. They were careful with all the boxes and made sure everything was packed carefully. They had all the blankets and straps they needed to pad and secure the load so that nothing shifted during the 40 minute drive to the new place.
When we got there I showed them where I needed the various furniture and boxes to go. They even move an old table out to the garage to make way for another, nicer one.
All in all it took three hours and I didn't feel like they took a minute longer than necessary.
I would hire these guys again.
- Nelson I.

The mover was a No Show. No small thing, as my daughter drove 7 hours to Tallahassee to meet them. After I didn't hear from them, it took several phone calls and several text messages before DonaldG let me know he was "unable to perform the move". I even confirmed the move the day before.
- Cindy C.

It took 11.5 hours for three men at $170/hour. When i made the arrangments and asked what happens if it rains, they assured me no problem and that they would
Dayton Moving Companies Provider Name Locked
down protective flooring at no cost to me. IT TOOK THEM ALMOST TWO HOURS at $170/hour at the house we were moving from and they were going to have to do it again at the destiatnion home! I had three young men with NO HUSTLE. The reason I used them was that the last time I had some 50 something vietnam vets that strapped furniture on their backs and carried the load of three men. These guys were obviously rookies and had to be told what to do and how to do it. They arrived at 9:00 a.m. and put the first piece on the truck at approximately 12:30. There was too much time spent standing around waiting for someone to direct them. It took them until 4:00 (without a break for lunch) to leave my house. I told them to go eat and i would meet them at the new house and they arrived at 5:00 p.m. I proceeded on the trip to the new house to contact their office and insisted someone meet me at my new house. The man did come out and when I told him how long it took for them to put protection on the floor he told me it should have taken ten minutes. He proceeded to do it himself at the new house and did it in 20. They finally, with their boss AND MY HUSBAND now helping, started unloading the truck. My husband and I set up one bed and my husband and their boss set up the other. They just laid things in a room without staging them properly. For instance, nightstands at the foot of the bed or in front of a closet door instead of on either side of a headboard. It was ridiculous. AND THEY FORGOT to move my refrigerator and had to turn around and go back and get it, taking another hour and my husband's time to go over there with them. So three extra of us helped the three of them move for 3.5 more hours (including the return trip time) and the fact that i made them put the glass back in my hutch that they had taken out and just left me with the box of glass. When the first piece of furniture came in the house, the kid held it out to me when he walked in and said, "Here." I said, "You have got to be kidding. I am not carrying one more thing today! I moved all weekend and I'm paying YOU to move today!" It totally ruined our day and our moving experience. I don't have a large house and it was supposed to take 8 hours with a refrigerator, a third bedroom, and 50 boxes - which they didn't even have to move! Words to the wise when researching movers: ASK FOR AN EXPERIENCED CREW WITH HUSTLE WITH WHOMEVER YOU DO USE, AND don't MOVE ON A RAINY DAY AND PAY TO HAVE THEM PUT STUFF ON YOUR FLOOR AT A HIGH RATE. 9:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. NO ONE CAN BELIEVE IT!
I want to be paid for the 3.5 hours my husband and I helped move! There is no basement in my old house, just three bedrooms of which we only moved two. The whole garage had been moved. The patio furniture had been moved. We moved every closet in the house. They had been told there would be a third bedroom and 50 boxes and two end tables that they didn't have to wrap and put on the truck. They put them in the garage for us, but it was on the same floor and a straight shot of just picking them up and laying them in the garage.
I left a message for them saying that I would be leaving a bad review on the BBB and Angie's List website and no one called me back so I guess that's okay with them!
I was misled and taken advantage of in this move. I will never use them again and the two people at work that were waiting on reviews from me for this company's performance for their moves are now not going to use them.
