was so helpful. Got refrigerator working in no time. Ordered new switch and did not charge to come back and install new switch. Very professional explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. We are elderly and ...more he was very patience with us and made sure we understood what he was telling us.He only charges 49.95 + parts for service call .Very reasonable. "

"I really appreciate the honesty of the owner. He could have come out and charged me a service fee, but he didn't and listened and gave me honest advice."

Energy-efficient refrigerators and other smart appliances offer more options, but they don’t last as long and repairs cost more than their low-tech predecessors.

started the job of fixing my appliances and would not come out and finish the job. He took my money, $497.14, out of my account on the first day. After a little over two weeks of hearing, what I felt was bogus excuses why he had still not came out to finish the job, I called him and ask him to put my money back in my account. ...more I told him that I would just fix it myself. I ordered my control board and ice maker online. Got the parts in 3 days and put both of them in, in about an hour. Ice maker worked fine. My dryer also worked fine until I dryed 3 loads of clothes in it. The tub stopped turning. I took the front of the dryer off and felt underneath the tub and found out that
had put the belt back on wrong. He had put it beside the idler pulley instead of on the pulley. This burned up the pulley and the belt. So I had to take my dryer completely apart. I had to order a new pulley and a belt online. It took two more days to do this. In the meantime, I am trying to get my money back from
Parmerter. He tells me that he should get payed for what he did. He did not send me any money for the first 6 weeks. Finally he sent me all but $210.00. He charge me that much for what he did. I told him about the belt and pulley he messed up. He admitted that he probably did that, but did not even apologize for it. I felt like I owed him nothing. "
