"Recently moving from NY my children and I needed an eye doctor in the area. My neighbor referred the office and after making the appointment we were seen in a short" period of time. The office is beautiful and the receptionist at the front desk was very welcoming. They communicated all necessary fees so there were no surprises. My children and I saw Dr.
and she was wonderful! She truly is fantastic with children. The exams went great and I felt Dr.
was thorough. The best part was we were able to order new frames and glasses in the office. They have a great selection with various price ranges. Overall, this was a great experience!

"As a teacher, I really appreciate a place that's open on Saturdays so I don't have to take time off work to go to the optometrist. The actual optometrist" Dr.
is amazing! I have finicky eyes and in the past with other optometrists I've had to go back 3 to sometimes 10 times to get my prescription right. She always gets it on the first try! She's very professional and makes you feel appreciated. However it's the rest of the experience that bring this experience from an A to a C. I can't shake the Saturday appointments an amazing optometrist for the negative moments here, but the issues I experienced are starting to wear out my patience. Every time I come, I have waited a minimum of 45 minutes to almost 1.5 hours for a SCHEDULED appointment. I have also had to pay out of pocket for a whole appointment because I went in 3 days before my insurance looped around the fiscal year. They called me the afternoon before the appointment and when I didn't answer because I was teaching, they didn't bother to leave a message or inform me the next morning when I was actually in the office for my appointment of the fact that my insurance wasn't going to cover the appointment. I only found out AFTER! Terrible communication. And on the communication note... I have rarely gotten a call when my contacts are ready to be picked up. I usually have to call them to inquire. Like I said, the actual optometrists are amazing! The overall experience has gotten on my nerves. If you have time and energy to waste is exchange for an amazing optometrist, then I give this an A+. If you don't have time and energy to waste, consider somewhere else.

Absolutely you have rights to your own medical records. You may have to put it in writing and go through the offices records department. Call and ask to speak with the records department and ask their protocol.

When I picked out the frames.
Crossville Optometrists Provider Name Locked
was very helpful and the first visit went very well. However, when I went in to pick up my new glasses, we really had some difficulty determining what the problem was. I couldn't focus when wearing the new glasses and when I stood up, I became very dizzy and lost my equilibrium. After about 30 minutes of verifying that the prescription was accurate, I asked that the old prescription be used instead of the new one, as there was just a small difference.
Crossville Optometrists Provider Name Locked
told me that she would have to check with Dr.
Crossville Optometrists Provider Name Locked
but would call me on Friday (this was a Thursday) and let me know if we could just substitute the old prescription or if the doctor wanted to see me again. I waited for 4 days and finally called them and left a message. When I was called back, I was told that they were short handed and she had a pile of paperwork to go through and she would have called me eventually to tell me that the doctor wanted to see me again before we made any changes. Overall, I really like going to this office and this is the only time I have been dissatisfied with the service I received. After another visit to the doctor, we got the problem straightened out and I am very happy with the results.

We both got eye exams and updated prescriptions for our progressive eyewear. She does not have eyewear, so she gives you a prescription and you fill it elsewhere. This time we filled them at

's Club, which I don't recommend, because they had to send back my husband's glasses because they did not make the correct lenses for his eyes.

Dr
Crossville Optometrists Provider Name Locked
is the best ophthalmologist that I have ever gone to, and I have worn glasses for over 50 years, so I have seen quite a few. He preformed cataract surgery on me and the results were outstanding. With the new lens he implanted, my vision improved to the point that I am able to read without glasses. I still use glasses and they are necessary for driving and reading clearly but my vision is so much improved,
