"They were a day late due to being backed-up, but they arrived promptly the next day in the late morning. They spent all the time necessary to do a good job, and" restored the couch to as close as like-new as it probably will get. Not the cheapest out there, but these guys do top-shelf work. I'll use them in the future.

"Provider cleaned the carpet at my place of business. They did an excellent job for a very good price. The workers were very courteous. I'm so happy I have found them.

use peanut butter (really, use it right out of the jar) or mineral oil or vaseline. any of these types of oil will get the gum, will not harm your carpet, and can clean up with soap and water. the other alternative is to very carefully cut it out with a sharp razor knife or a hobby knife (better, has more control) and then a carpet rake. it may take a little extra work to remove the gum using oils or knives, but, it will remove the gum.. also, try "goof off". they make a water based product now. i've been doing apartment maintenance for 28 years and have learned a few tricks and old time remedies. try the products in an inconspicuous area and clean afterwards to satisfy your apprehensiveness. it won't hurt my feelings at all. i felt the same way when i heard it.

Carpet Cleaning reviews in Crossville

This was an insurance job, hence the price of $0.00. I have forgotten what the charge was. The work went well. It took the standard three days to dry. They were late and rushed, but friendly and professional. The lead technician came by as promised daily to check and rearrange the dryers, and recommended removing two parts of the carpet for mold control (we had previous damage).

We never had the time or inclination to move furniture and wait twelve hours for our carpet to dry. Guy Colerick did a fantastic job spot treating and cleaning our carpets. His minimal water method had our carpets dry within two hours, rather than the twelve hours we were expecting from past experience. With the high humidity in Florida, I was concerned with extended drying time and possible mold issues. By using less water and scrubbing, rather than pumping the carpet full of water and trying to suck it up with a shop vacuum (traditional method), we had a much shorter drying time and cleaner carpets. He was very professional and we are thrilled with the results.

I used an AnigiesList "Big Deal" to get a 3 room carpet cleaning (

400SQFT) but found out that none of those square feet could be stairs. I needed 2 rooms and some stairs done so I paid extra for the stairs.
Scheduling was painless and they were prompt, professional, courteous, and thorough. Great workers and great results.

This is the second time I have hired

to clean my carpets. Each time they were extremely professional and on time. They took extra time on high traffic areas to get all the dirt out. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a rug cleaning special through Angie's List. Because I had a little left over in terms of what the deal covered, I decided to clean three rugs instead of two (I ended up paying approximately $50 over the cost of the special overall). All of these were wool rugs. One less than a year old, but they said it could be freshened up a bit. Upon returning the rugs, two were not clean and the third no longer

flat. I called attention to this and they agreed to clean the two and offered to steam the third so it would

flat. Upon returning the rugs, the two were cleaner, but the third looked worse. They claimed it was from being rolled in the van, and they took it back again.
Now, the second time it came back, it was not at all any better. So, the manager / owner came and brought double sided tape, which he put across all edges. He acknowledged the problem (the rug had shrunk) and promised if it did not work, he would pay for the damages/loss. So, after two weeks with the tape on, there was no difference. So, I called to provide a report---from that point on he would not return calls. At this point, I have called at least 7 times. We have no response except for the administrative assistant who is always polite and relays the message. However, the owner outright backed down on his word.
I purchased this deal in August and have waited this long to write a negative review. I am writing this to show that I have provided the service provider ample time to make due on his claims. I write this review to warn others of the terrible and unprofessional service received. I now have a rug, less than a year old, for which I paid several hundred dollars, and which is no longer presentable.

Company was on time...
Service was completed as described, would use this service again as they have also cleaned carpets in the house for us as well.

Arrived within the scheduled timeframe. No high pressure for extras. We had several pet stains that cleaned up and a couple faded areas that couldn't be cleaned. We knew these areas were not cleanable so had no expectations of success. Rate for an additional room was reasonable ~ approx. $30. Equipment appeared to be well maintained. Overall satisfied.
- Donald W.

He used an emulsifier treatment and scented-pet neutralizer On the surface, it seems like hiring ANY carpet cleaner will do to make the carpet "appear" cleaned. However, later (after carpet was dried) I found there were still some pet stains which were not removed. I was able to remove the pet stains with a rented carpet cleaner and doing it myself. It seems "

" or any other carpet cleaner is interested only in "appearing" to clean the carpet. Psychologically it makes the home owner belief the carpet is clean. In my case, or anybody's else's case, the carpet will be cleaner. But to get the tougher stains out it needed more attention. I did let the carpet cleaner know about the pet stains (before he started) and he told me it would be an additional cost, which I accepted. I don't want to discredit any carpet cleaner but to get the carpet as clean as it can be, I have to do it myself. And no, I am not a clean freak (aka, OCD).
