"
and his team were excellent. They started and finished the job early. They did little things for us that were not part of the contract (like" move a sofa we couldn't get out of a room). The residence that they worked on is our second home, so everyday
would send me photos of their work in progress. This was a great perk, since we were excited about the work and weren't there to see it. Most importantly, this company does beautiful, quality work for a very fair price.
referred me to other local services I needed since we are new to the area, that have also proven to be reliable and of great quality. We completely trusted him in our home when we weren't there. Highly, highly recommend this company. You will NOT have to worry about any of the normal contractor "headaches". Super nice team which also helps!

"My house is hundred years old and there were some structural issues that he had to correct. The job took almost two days. He showed up when he said he would. I talked" to a lot of contractors about this job. Most of them wasted my time by never following up with me.
came out, looked at the job, and provided me with a reasonable quote. He showed up on time to appointments and kept in great communication with me. Everything went great.

Carpentry/woodworking

Finish carpenters can design, build and install woodwork structures in your house to enhance the quality and adorn the attractive appearance of your home. There carpenters can complete several different jobs for new homes or remodeling of an existing house.

Baseboards and molding

Baseboards and molding serve a practical function -- covering up the space where walls and floors join, as well as protecting the wall from scuffs and dents. But they also provide a decorating opportunity.

You need a general contractor - prefereably one who specializes in additions, because you have excavation, waterproofing, concrete, concrete cutting, carpentry, door and window, etc trades to coordinate.

The cost will depend a great deal on your topography around the house - if the base of the window will be above ground level at least 6 inches, then could run about $500 for a legal egress window purchase and about $1000-2000 for installation, depending on how deep into the concrete you have to cut.

If the bottom of the window will be below ground level, then to call it a bedroom (which mandates legal sized second egress and usauully at least one window)  then you will have two choices - bring it out into a solid watertight concrete storm cellar with collar to keep water out, stairs, and and weather and bug-tight cellar door that is inward-opening, which means a lot of space for stairs and landings top and bottom, or bring it out into an oversized window well at least 36 inches in diameter, and with steps to ground level, with adequate drainage and waterproofing to keep it dry. Either way, sometimes about as easy to put in an outside door as a window, and might raise property value more. Cost from $2-5,000 depending on how deep into concrete wall you have to dig, whether concrete wsall needs reinforcing with steel frame because of the depth of cut, how easy the digging is, and what your water conditions are near the foundation. The last thing you want to do is create an easy water or vermin ingress with your egress.

Dictated by Federal LAW , you will need a Licensed and EPA Certified HVAC Contractor

to make such repairs . In fact , by law , ONLY A licenesed HVAC contractor can buy or install

said eguipment , NOT A handyman nor general contractor !

YES , You should have an A.C. sleeve surrounding the through the wall unit . These sleeves will usually accompany NEW products , either as a package or an add on equipment purchase.

Contact a Licenesed PROFFESSIONAL at once !

It depends on what type of ramp you need. If it is built out of wood you could look for a carpenter or a deck company. If you are looking for a concrete ramp a mason would be what you are looking for. There are also metal ramps and I believe some medical supply companies may carry them or be able to steer you in the right direction. As for insurance coverage I am not sure. You may have coverage and would be best talking to your agent. Depending on why you need this ramp there may even be programs through your local government or even some of the local charities might help. It might be a project a local Scout Troop might help out on.

The service went fine. I had them do the wood rot restoration for an exterior door. A couple technicians were out for the service and spent the full 4 hours on the service. My wife worked with the technicians. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

It went very well. Windows and Trex decking obtained by contractor from

Products. Railings, storm door, French door,

flooring from Home Depot and Lowes. IMPORTANT - buy Trex railings etc. from either Home Depot OR Lowes - not both. Produc differs - ran into huge problem due to that factor. Contractor grasped exactly what we wanted and had homeowner assist him as homeowner is acquaintance of contractor and has knowledge of carpentry. Contractor suggested several finish ideas that were incorporated into finished product. Homeowner very pleased with outcome.
Paid contractor for labor - homeowner purchased windows, doors, stock, etc out of pocket.

I needed to have some cabinet work done in my bathroom -- to add pullout shelves and when I initially spoke with
Counce Carpenters Provider Name Locked
on the phone he was courteous and polite and seemed to be very responsive. He had some big jobs lined up and we agreed that he would come over to look at my project in two weeks when his calendar opened. As the date

closer, I tried to contact him and kept getting his voice mail. then the actual date came and went and he never showed up or called.

will not stand behind completed projects after being paid. We had hired
Counce Carpenters Provider Name Locked
to complete a basement refinished project, and we also had hired him to complete remodel on the upstairs bathroom. We had completed a punch list at final and
Counce Carpenters Provider Name Locked
was unwilling to complete all the items on the punch list, stating it was not part of his deal even though the bathroom he jjust finished was set up closely the same, and had done the things as standard for that bath. He also left without putting in a deadbolt or any strike plates ( on 2 exterior doors he installed ). He was just argumentative and would not work with us, so we just paid him in full to get him to leave. $500.00 he was arguing about on a project this big, where it would take a few moments to do right.

A couple days later we noticed that the vanity upstairs was installed incorrectly. The vanity was not centered with the mirror, nor the faucets because the granite that he had set was 4 inches off. Being a furniture style vanity he had set the vanity actually 4 inches off, creating the problem we now have on our hands. I contacted him via telephone and via email many times and would not respond. We had posted on his Facebook page to contact us and it just kept getting deleted, but after we gave him a rating on Facebook he reached out to us. He agreed to do the repair but we would be responsible for any sheet rock or patching work which I did not understand. At this point
Counce Carpenters Provider Name Locked
will not communicate back to us. This is very disheartening because we spend about $25,000 on this project, and he is unwilling to stand behind his job for a couple hours of repair. Our other concern is that if we have any warranty issues, he will not take care of these either.

He misappropriated our funds and was over-budget. He was severely delayed. He used an unlicensed electrician to install a new breaker box and outlets and they were both done in violation of code, almost causing a house fire. He uses the trade names All Studs and

I contacted the provider because I needed my roof replaced. Provider was responsive and arrived at my home the next day. Provider explained the procedures for replacing my roof, answered all my questions and showed me pictures of the damage. I was given a homeowner preparation sheet which I greatly appreciated.
Provider arrived on time to start the job the day we agreed. The staff was friendly and courtesy. Provider made sure my yard was clean and all the debris was removed before they left. It was a great experience from the start to the finish. I have already recommended the provider to several of my friends.

Very professionally completed. Our ideas were conveyed to
Counce Carpenters Provider Name Locked
and we received 3 bathroom vanities exactly, as requested. We appreciated the follow up questions from
Counce Carpenters Provider Name Locked
during the construction process as he wanted to assure that we would be totally satisfied with the finished product. The vanities were delivered on-time and without any complications. Couple the installation of the vanities with our plumbing changes, as well as, granite countertop processing and installation, we were very pleased with

Custom Woodworks working around our tight schedule with the other suppliers.
