is the real deal for dog training. It works, period. Our dog is a new dog. Amazing turnaround in behavior; relatives and friends who see" our dog now cannot believe she is the same dog. The puppy we added after initial training commenced has made incredible progress very quickly and is on par with the older dog after short time. Working with
has been rewarding to see the complete positive changes in our dog, and in ourselves, compared to the way we used to interact with our dog versus now. Our home is much more relaxed for the dogs, and they follow instruction, and continue to improve after each session. With any training, it requires positive reinforcement and practice outside the classroom. This is key. Practice makes perfect. Once you learn the
training system you will never go back to your old wrong ways of training and interacting with your dog. Be prepared to practice and be called out on your implementation of
expect the same from the pet owners as they do from the pets. Do it the right way every time or you will be corrected on your sloppy performance. This might sound like hard core but it is the honest way of making the dog and the pet owners follow the program. We have now moved on from the beginner class to the intermediate class and are thrilled with the changes our dogs have made. We will continue with more advanced training. I highly recommend
to anyone who wants to improve their relationship with their dog.

"It was appalling. My 75 pound dog was given a tiny little kennel that was indoor only. I was told *as I was dropping him off and on my way to the airport* that" they don't like to leave the dogs beds in those kennels because THERE'S NO ONE THERE FROM 6PM UNTIL 7 AM(!!!). So the dogs in the indoor kennels, which are too small for them, have no place to relieve themselves for 13 hours. No surprise, I guess, that when i picked up my dog, he smelled like pee. Also, I had brought his food for him -- 2 cans and 8 cups for four days. When I picked him up, they return one full can to me and about 5 cups of his dry food. I have no idea what or if he ate when he was there. On the up side, when I called to check on him during my trip, they were very responsive and said he was doing fine. Nonetheless, I will never board my dog there again. The "luxury suites" at $75+ per night may be a different story, but if you're looking for a place you can feel comfortable to take good care of your pet, keep looking. This place was a horror show.

For the past 20 years we have left our dogs with Gini. We trust her
implicitly with any of our animals as she gives them a safe environment,
loving care, and lots of attention. She has experience with post-op
dogs, and rescue dogs, and makes certain all food and medication
instructions are followed. Her lovable Labrador is a service dog and
gets along well with all of her clients. We recommend Gini to anyone
looking for a warm, loving home-away-from-home for a beloved pet.

They were very professional. It was really a no nonsense type of thing. They tell you when they are going to be done. They asked questions of me before they did it so it looked the way I wanted it to look. I never thought I would pay to have my cat groomed.

The first problem I encountered was their misleading pricing. On the form it states that doggie day care is $22 a day and that a mandatory $1 a day insurance fee is included in the price. It also states that there are packages available. I inquired about the packages and was told I could buy a 20 day package for $18 a day. However, when I went to pay for the package they told me that it there was a $1 a day insurance charge so it would actually be $19 a day. I told the lady I thought that she was mistaken becuase the paper said that the insurance charge was included in the price. She told me that it was included in the daily price of $22 but not included in the package pricing.
The next problem I encounter was that they were not able to keep up with my active puppy. He went to an evaluation day and they said he passed and was fine to go to day care. They then put him in with the other doggie daycare dogs and he played for the rest of the day. The next day I bring him back and half way through the day I get a call and they tell me my puppy can not come back to doggie daycare. I was very surprised at this because he goes to the dog park almost every day and plays great with everyone. And because he went to a doggie daycare in Maryland almost every work day for the past 3 months. I heard nothing but good things about him. The staff at the Maryland doggie daycare told me he was their favorite camper. He is a very, very happy and playful puppy.
When I asked why he would not be welcome back they proceed to tell me it "is probably the puppy in him but he was mouthing other dogs". No

, he is a puppy that is how they play! No dog at the dog park has every had a problem with him, they just play back! The staff told me that my puppy would probably do fine at a different doggie day care.
I come to find out, they cram 20 to 30 big dogs in a fenced in space the size of an average child's bedroom and leave them there all day until their owners come to pick them up. They couldn't handle my puppy because he was too active for this situation. Ask to take a tour, I was shocked. I found a new doggie daycare with more room for him to run around and everything is going much better.

I have a small dog that LOVES

for daycare. They have a large facility and never sell out of spots for daycare. The dogs can run outdoors or under a shelter all day - they even have a pool (which my dog loves). The staff knows my dog by name and is always very nice. Their prices are reasonable and in line with other like businesses I've been to.
My dog has stayed overnight here multiple times without a problem (multiple days). During the day he is put into daycare with all the other daycare dogs. He seems less stressed after a stay here than he has ever seemed after staying other places. I board him here without worrying. The staff at DAD really cares and has called me with feeding questions while I have been away.
I am really thankful that my dog has a place as nice as

Our cays are given individual daily quality time. Their meals are prepared to our instruction, to include administering medications when needed. Their unit is clean with fresh

and water. It is obvious that the same high standards are meticulously followed as a daily routine standard.

It is also very obvious that every cat is given the same exceptional care. The staff knows each cat as if it was their own,

Booking service via the website or over the phone is always easy, and they are responsive There is little turnover in staff, which is important for my dog since he is nervous with strangers. The employees I have met are caring, dependable, and responsive, especially when you take the time to get to know them. And they have taken the time and initiative to get to know my dog, which is important with his anxiety around strangers. Twice I've needed to use the taxi service for drop off and they accommodated on short notice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DPNCC to any dog owner.

is great. He has a very good understanding of canine behavior and clearly and simply communicates his knowledge to us. Marlee, our dog, is a catahoula/lab mix. I adopted her from the humane society, and over several years she came to believe that she was in charge of the household. She had problems interacting socially with other dogs, was very protective of me when other dogs were around, and extremely protective of her yard if another dog came into the yard.

The service was horrible. DOG OWNERS BEWARE. She did not properly care for my dog. I was concerned because she was acting unprofessional and I decided to stop by and check in on my dog. My dog's ears were literally black from lack of care. I immediately took my dog and told her just to keep the money. No amount of convincing would ever get me to use her services again. I would NEVER recommend her.
