Plumbing reviews in Bristol

We first had trouble with our sewer system.
Bristol Plumbers Provider Name Locked
responded quickly to our call, gave us an estimate that day. He fixed our system so we could use it. In a few days we had trouble with our system again and

to flush out the line but while he was under the house he learned that the sewer line had rusted and sewer was going on the ground. We hired them to fix it . They did an excellent job replacing our entire sewer line. The cost for this entire project was $3600.00. It was a large project and took several days to accomplish. Since our waterline was old and rusty we decided to hire them to replace it as well. This job took approximately two days and cost a total of $1750.00 to complete, My husband and I were well pleased with their work and would hire them again.

is great! He responded quickly to our leaking toilet situation. We were concerned because the toilet is the only one on the second floor and my elderly mother had just come home from the hospital and we needed that second floor toilet!

The first guy who came was very quiet, and had a bit of trouble finding our septic line in the yard. He left and the other man who came was very good and explained what he was doing. They installed a fitting to make snaking the line easier in the future, and then snaked to clogged line. The second man was very patient and answered all of our questions. He said that he lowed the charges since he knew that my husband had recently passed away, and I think that is nice. But the price seemed pretty high to me just for snaking the line, but I had never had it done before, as a new homeowner, so I really don't know.

Outstanding service. Very knowledgeable. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use again!!! Called needing after hours service but he walked me through a couple of options to save me the after hours charges. Came right out the next morning and fixed the problem! Can't say enough about their service!!! A++++!!

Jereme showed up as scheduled. It did not take him long to figure out what the problem was. The

price was very reasonable given the amount of time it took to repair the faucet. I have a rather fancy

faucet with large high spout - so not an easy system to work on. This was the most pleasant experience

I have had with plumbers. He did not try to sell anything. He told me right away that I did not need

a new faucet as I was think I might since we have had this one twenty years. I will definitely use him

again for any plumbing needs, I felt that I could trust him.

I have a house that is about 60 years old and I have used them twice, so far. They were there when they said they would be and they were quick and very reasonable price. We found a leak in a main drain today and we will be calling them tomorrow.

A rental house had an outside faucet to freeze and bust, water was running down street. I was at work, a neighbor called me to tell me about this. I called him told him the problem and address. He was there before I got there. It was freezing about 20 degree, this was an outside faucet. Very cold job. He fixed it within about an hour or more insulated it so, it would not freeze again. Came to my work. So I would not have to leave again with my bill and old parts he took off.

I was very pleased. I called

one day and he came out next. He and his helper,

, were courteous and professional. They were at the house for about 2 1/2 hours. I had used

the January before to unclog a very difficult sewer. He had charged only $150 for 3 hrs. work then, so I was spoiled. I'm not sure what the going rate for such services as replacing a water heater is, but I was very satisfied and would recommend him.

Called and scheduled appt for 3 days later to have outdoor faucet replaced and a couple of other water related items checked for problems. Made it clear this was not an emergency. Asked whether charge was per visit or per hour or per task. Was told service visit was $65 plus materials. Visit could include checking other items. As the address of the company was Blountville, gave specific directions from that location to our home. Plumber called twice the day of appt to say he was running late and arrived about an hour later than scheduled time which was fine. Professional and pleasant. Looked at toilet, sink and showerhead from which he removed a small part to stop whistling. All took about 10 minutes. Also looked at pipe that was attached to hot water heater to try and stop rattling which took about 10 minutes. (This he volunteered to do altho we had only mentioned in passing that we were annoyed by it and BTES, the utility company, had checked and said nothing could be done.) Replaced outdoor faucet which took about 20 minutes.
Charge for faucet was $38 which we felt was alittle high but we said nothing. However, when he said visit/labor charge was $100 ....reminded him he had quoted me $65. He said they were located in Gray not Blountville so it required more time /gas. When reminded that he knew where we lived when he scheduled the appt and gave me quote....he reduced visit charge to $75. He made it clear that he was not willing to provide services in the future as he did not want to have to drive the 20-25 miles to our home. Told him initially we found him on Angie's List.
He was nice about reducing charge but our issue was not getting an accurate quote initially and being disappointed he would not provide services in the future. We probably would have paid a slightly higher visit charge if we had been told amount originally but would not have used him if we had known he would not be willing to return.

They arrived promptly and worked diligently. The work was done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. The workers were pleasant and knowledgeable. They answered my dumb questions and did a very good job.
