I was able to get an appointment for the next day, they gave me my appointment window and who to expect to do the repair. The tech arrived with parts in hand ready to fix my issue. He had the first window fixed within 5 mins and the second window fixed shortly after. The tech was professional and cleaned up once work was done. I had an overall great experience and would not hesitate using them again.

I called the company because we had a good experience before. We had a large (5ft) mirror which had detached from the wall.
I told them the situation and they quoted me " about $50". The reason I know this- 2 months later is because right after I sent a txt to my husband telling him the price. ( went back and checked) When they came out they informed me that the glue had failed and it was a problem they were seeing lately ( black adhesive) . After fixing the mirror, they checked a few more- one 3 part mirror in the kids bathroom and another of the same size in a guest room. They said they were failing also and said they should be fixed. about 20 min later they were done.
The one in the guest bath had to have a strip of metal added to it since it floated for safety.
I asked how much and he said he didnt know. He mentioned using a little more glue on one and the strip on the other. I needed to leave for an appointment so asked if it would be easier to invoice me. He agreed. I made sure he had my e-mail and address.
Thinking okay $50 x 3 and maybe a little more for the glue/strip???
a month went by and no bill. I call to ask if they were going to send an invoice and I was told " Im glad you called -we actually lost your address. (sigh)
Today , 0n sept 20th I receive the bill - $355.88!!! I was appalled. Not only did this come 2.5 months late but then they charged me $75 for the first, $140 for the second and $110 for the 3rd. If there was going to be THAT big of a price difference I would have scrapped it and would have liked some warning. I could have bought new modern mirrors for that. Aparently thats what I GET for trying to be honest..taken advantage of. Next time I wont call the contractor if I don't get a bill...they can thank these guys for that.
I called to confront them about the charge, but no answer. I left a "not so nice" message that I was not happy- sending payment but was reporting it here. Mistake #1 I should have had it in writing- but due to the fact I used them previously , I figured I could trust them. Lesson learned. I will not use this company again out of principle. MAKE SURE YOU GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE!!!
if this had gone well, they would have gotten bs and cs- not a D and F. They are an ok company- just not trustworthy.

arrived at my home promptly for a consultation. I have a very small dining area that has a table that only seats 6 comfortably. I had been considering changing the shape for a long time.
Blountville Glass Repair Companies Provider Name Locked
made a wonderful suggestion about a new shape that would allow 10 people to sit at the same table in the same space. The glass arrived within the week and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely use this service again.

Where do I begin? this company bills itself as though it is a bath remodeler. It is not. They can install glass shower walls and doors. The men who measure and installed the frameless glass seemed competent, though one of the installers let his power drill fall in the shower on the new tile. Hopefully it didn't crack. One of the clips on the lower part of the glass shower wall leaks water even though it has silicone on it. If you want anything from this company besides shower doors and walls, buyer beware. The tile installer was a hard worker and did a good job, however, we had to have him come back twice to fix problems. We were made to feel as though we were a nuisance for asking them to make it right. Halfway into the job, they said "we don't do plumbing." Excuse me, but how do you install shower and floor tile in a bathroom (which must include removing and re-installing toilet and shower fixtures) and put in a granite counter top (remove and reinstall sinks and faucets) without doing any plumbing? On top of the cost of what we paid
Blountville Glass Repair Companies Provider Name Locked
, we had to have a real plumber come out and fix some of the plumbing work. For instance, the tile installer left the large bolts at the toilet base uncut with the little cap resting on top of it. There were other problems with the bath faucets that he had to fix. When they brought the original granite countertop to be installed, they busted a hole in the sheetrock as they carried it through the bedroom and left some other marring on the walls in the family room and bath. They said, sorry, we don't repair sheetrock. If that wasn't bad enough, the countertop was not the one we had ordered, did not match the new tile on the floor and shower, and had to be taken back out again. We had to go from

one day, and then all the way out to

on another day to their granite suppliers in order to pick some out that matched our new shower and floor tile. The first team that came out to install the granite counter threw our original faucets away without asking, so we had to buy new ones. The holes they cut into the second granite counter top are a bit too large for the new sink fixtures. The new granite countertop does not appear to have been sealed and has holes in it. We're not sure what to do about this. We needed a painter to come and repair and paint walls that had been damaged when the first granite countertop was brought in.

doesn't do any finish work (touch up painting, wall repair, etc) so you will either have to do it yourself, or hire someone else. The Nano glass protectant which is expensive but they

as THE answer for keeping the glass shower enclosure clean, smelled exactly like plain old rubbing alcohol. I was told it does have alcohol in it but other things as well. You might try rubbing alcohol yourself and see how that works before paying to have them use Nano.

was highly responsive and informative in the bid process - he asked over email for some initial details and then ended up coming out to take a look since our window was so large. He quickly responded to all inquiries and laid out several options with pricing. He was highly professional and knowledgeable and not at all high pressure.
He explained the ordering and installation process and met all his commitments in terms of follow up to schedule a installation date.
During the install, his crew was prompt and respectful of our belongings, and the window looks great. This is a fix to a leak problem, so I'll circle back on my review if we have any issues after the rainy season.

I called
Blountville Glass Repair Companies Provider Name Locked
in the beginning of April 2014 to replace a window pane in our sun room. We were putting the house up for sale and I stressed the need to get the window repaired ASAP. I was told someone would be out within a week or so to measure the window. I advised them the sun room would be open if they would advise when they would come out. The advised me of a day and a neighbor went over and left the sun room door open. She saw the glass company employees enter the yard. After a week or so I contacted the company again to ascertain the progress of the work. I was told they never came out to measure the window. I advised they did, my neighbor witnessed them at my location. I was told they would get out within the next week. No one came out. I called back and talked with
Blountville Glass Repair Companies Provider Name Locked
; she advised me they were so busy she couldn't say when they could get the job done but would try to do ASAP. After another week I called back and finally learned the technicians had come out but didn't measure the window because they forgot the room would be open and no one was home. I advised the company the room would stay open for them any day. After another week they finally came out and measured the window. When the pane came it, it was the wrong size. They ordered another pane and when it came in, it was broken. When the pane finally came in another week or so they sent an apprentice out and he broke the ballast in the window and bent the screen. The date at this point was around the end of May, after we had sold the house and the new owners were moving in. I called the company and expressed my displeasure with their work. I was told they agreed they had not done a good job and would get it fixed as quickly as they could. I talked to the owner,

, and complained to him. His attitude was they were at the mercy of getting replacement material and couldn't do much about it. The delay went on for another few weeks. They finally fixed the window and billed me immediately. The new owner then advised me the screen had not been replaced. I called the company again and they advised me they were just waiting on a new screen to be made and would replace it as soon as they got the screen. I called the new owner of our home and advised them what

There were no instructions in the box. No paperwork whatsoever. They could
have called me or put in instructions. Not happy with results either. Aluminum structure around glass in shower had some type of black mold in corners of one pane. Product only spread the black around. Not really clean it up.
