"Dr
sees me every two or three months for evaluation of my progress with psychiatric meds. I transferred to Dr
from another provider" with whom I wasn't too satisfied. So far, the treatment has gone well, with the exception of an unexpected seizure which was attributed to one of the meds. The med was changed.

"I'm sorry to say that this Dr. is inflexible and does not keep information confidential. We will never return to this Dr. I do not recommend this Dr. He refuses to talk to" the patient in person over the phone. He refuses to take into consideration any concerns you may have.

"Dr.
' bed-side manner is very poor. She does not attempt to make the patient nor the parent comfortable. Dr.
was also at a loss" on how to treat my son. We received very poor service overall.

I liked Dr.
Bartlett Psychiatrists Provider Name Locked
. However, I did not like the new patient scheduling policy. A new patient must call the first business day of the month to get an appt. It took a long time before I got through on the phone to get an appointment. It was no problem scheduling my follow-up.

My experience with Dr.
Bartlett Psychiatrists Provider Name Locked
was the best experience I've had through out all of my experiences with doctors. From the first day I went to see him, he made me feel comfortable and relaxed as if I had been seeing him for years. With my previous doctor I was put on so many drugs that I felt like a walking robot. Once I went to Dr.
Bartlett Psychiatrists Provider Name Locked
he was able to adjust my medication which I've now been on for 2 years and never felt better. His secretary is also very nice and takes the time to help you in whatever you need. Overall I would recommend Dr.
Bartlett Psychiatrists Provider Name Locked
to anyone who is unhappy with their present physician. You won't be sorry

The psychiatrist who monitors the medications, Dr.
Bartlett Psychiatrists Provider Name Locked
, is very bright. He does listen to what I need and what works for me. I would rate the practice a B overall. They are very hard to get in touch with. They also deal with a lot of Medicaid folks and people who are deeply disturbed and they have only a small area. I've had to have this care for a long time and sometimes I don't feel safe. But the staff is very professional and that's why I stay with them.

He will listen to me even though they are very short visits. He seems up to date with the medications that are used for ADD and ADHD but he books people very tight together so I have a long wait in his waiting room.

I have been seeing Dr. Flume for a couple of years. She is a very good doctor. It is obvious that she truly likes what she does and that she truly cares about me as a patient. She is very empathetic and patient and has always been very respectful of me. She has done much for me that I consider above and beyond what most doctors would do.
Dr. Flume is very experienced in psychiatry with a long term practice. She is very current in her knowledge. She has a background in pharmacy and knows medications very well. She is a strong proponent for the use of medication but does not force medication on patients. She has always given me the pros and cons and let me make the decision as to whether or not to use medication. My choice not to use medications at times or for particular symptoms has not effected the doctor patient relationship one way or another.

He seems to be very experienced with kids and very knowledgeable about the medications. His science is very based on let’s see how this works, so there is lot of experimentation, but he listens very much to what’s going on. He does not have a prescribed idea of what we should do. He wants to hear what he has prescribed is doing and then makes adjustments.
