"I was a patient with
for over four months, with a break for surgery in the middle.
and
re-diagnosed" my shoulder from a rotator cuff strain to "frozen shoulder."
keep me on course and gradually increased the number of stretches I was to complete while manipulating my shoulder. In the four months, I went from 50% of range to 95% of range in the shoulder. During the entire treatment course, the entire staff made me feel at ease, that they were truly concerned with my success, and as part of the group in the clinic. Front desk staff always greeted me and other patients by name and engaged us in conversation. While I hope I do not need PT services in the future, I know I will return to
if I do!

"I used the Oswego branch of
-- service was top notch & staff was very responsive to my needs. However, I have no idea of the actual" cost of services, as my charges were completely covered by my health insurance -- I believe the average session cost was about $350, as this therapy followed hip replacement surgery.

was friendly and didn't make me feel rushed. He ordered PT 3x week for 4 weeks, which is in the same building, they worked around my crazy work schedule and

was awesome, as were all others who work there. My only complaint was the wait time for my follow up visit to see Dr.

I had a great experience there. It's outstanding, and the people are well trained. It's a good atmosphere, with good equipment. You don't feel like you're working really unpleasantly hard. They're really good exercises and everything that they come up with for you to build strength.

Dr. Giri was excellent! He was very patient from the beginning, he heard my problem in detail and prescribed very reasonable daily exericies. When he worked on me in the office, he was very good and I have found a lot of relief.

Have been going for 2-3 weeks and will probably continue for another 2 weeks. She is readily available by phone and email. Is as accommodating as possible with scheduling appointments. No parking problems. Office is clean and bright but the treatment room is small which doesn't affect me but restricts her moving from area to another. Does not impact on treatment, however.

thoroughly examined my foot and was able to determine it was a specific nerve that was inflamed, a neuritis. She treated me accordingly. I healed well. A few months ago I had another issue with my hip which she also assessed and treated with positive results.

I severely sprained my ankle requiring PT treatment.
My Ortho in Grand Island recommended

PT. When I called
Alexandria Physical Therapists Provider Name Locked
PT they were quick to set up my appointment and were friendly and helpful from the word go.
Every appointment was kept without any issue or problems. The few times I had to work late they called to see if I wanted to come in late or set up a new time. I also switched insurance carriers during treatment and their billing took care of everything.
They were very professional, easy going and made customers feel welcome and comfortable.
I'd highly recommend them for PT care!

What a great experience this was. I will for sure use these guys again should I ever need PT work.
Alexandria Physical Therapists Provider Name Locked
and her staff were warm and friendly, they new what they were talking about.
I was hesitant at first about going to a PT that I only read reviews about, after I walked in the door and was greeted by the staff and filled out the paperwork I was already feeling comfortable. They were very detailed about the insurance and deductibles and how much it would cost per visit (which I fully appreciated). The staff made you work, but also included you in conversations, the atmosphere is more like a bunch of friends getting together.
The office is always clean and well kept, at no time did I have to wait to do an exercise. They were very accommodating to my schedule and did not turn me away if I should up late or early. I felt as if their goal was my goal which was to rehab as quick as possible.
On more then one occasion while I was there ex patients stopped in to say hello and see how everyone was doing.
Alexandria Physical Therapists Provider Name Locked
and her staff greeted them with smiles and warmness. This is when I knew I made the right choice as I do not know of to many other practices where ex-patients stop in just to say hello. Like myself that just means they we were left with a great impression and felt like we gained friends, and my shoulder is back to the way it was prior to the injury.

Dealing with
Alexandria Physical Therapists Provider Name Locked
was horrible and stressful. There are a few good staff members but most were lazy and incompetent. He was always soaked in urine and feces. I only talked to the doctor one time the whole 5 weeks he was there and I don't believe he actually ever saw my father in person. No one returned phone calls. Never followed hospital discharge orders. The social worker there was completely worthless. Administrator never met with us in person despite our multiple major issues and never resolved any of our issues. Staff lied to cover themselves. We believe he was being teased and made fun of by some of the staff. My dad was miserable there. Was totally ignored most of the time. We went over every day and sometimes multiple times a day to take care of him. Staff lied to another nursing home about his reports. When I questioned the false information given, his chart notes were erased. I could go on and on about the lack of care and concern we experienced at
Alexandria Physical Therapists Provider Name Locked
. I am so unhappy with his stay there. We will be filing formal complaints with the appropriate agencies. In my opinion, they should be shut down. We have transferred him to new facility and the difference between the two is like night and day. I finally can rest easy because I do not have to worry about his safety any longer.
