"The installation went fine. One of the blinds I bought did not fit, but
knew how to modify it a bit so that it fit fine and I did not have" to return it to the supplier.
also does in home carpet cleaning and does an excellent job. We have used him several times both here and in our former home and give him our best recommendation.

"Company sent a relative to measure from outside of the Atlanta. Company is not responding to attempts to contact, even after paying $900 deposit for services.

If the ducts are venting through a window I'm assuming the duct work is all easily accessible.  Lowe's and Home Depot sell a cleaning kit that uses an electric drill to spin the brush as it goes through the ductwork.  I've found it to work quite well and you can do it yourself.  It may take a few passes the first time to get everything out if it has been a while since it was last cleaned.  Just make sure you get all of the loose lint out after running the brush through from both ends and you're good to go.  Please note that if the line is not hard but rather a flex duct line you can easily puncture a whole in it with this kit and will do better to clean it by hand.

We have a 3800 Sq ft home in Canton, GA and pay $100 for one visit a month for one woman to come clean it. It is a new home so not terribly dirty yet and I give her all the supplies.

Hair spray is one of those things that is really bothersome.  We've run into this alot unfortunately.  And NOTHING we've found will actually clean it off.  The problem is that if you just paint over it, you still see shiny spots wherever the hairspray was.

Our companie's policy is to prime the area with any bonding primer.  This will seal the hairspray in and not let it affect the next coat of paint.  It would also be a good idea to lightly sand the area first.

Our recommendation for primer would be Zinsser's BIN Spray (red can) and can be bought at most paint stores or home improvement stores.  Other than that, any thing that specifically says "bonding" for a primer should be adequate enough.

I have boys in my house - and their urine seems to have a mind of its own sometimes. So, once a week, I do a heavy cleaning in and around my toilet. They even splash on the vanity!!!  Using a bleach based cleaner on the floor and anything that's close to the toilet even the wall behind the toilet took care of that problem for me :)

had accurate advice and educated me on blinds and window treatments. I liked that he was sincere and and looked me in the eye and had a genuine smile. He enjoys what he is doing. They were fast and the quality of workmanship was top drawer. I can see why Wallflowers uses his services.

The carpet cleaning was okay. They were a bit more expensive than other companies in the area. The window cleaning was fine. I've used them several times for window cleaning in the past. When they took my vertical blinds down, they broke 3 of the clips that hold it on. They had to order a new header for me, but it took an exorbitant amount of time for it to come in. I followed up repeatedly with them before they were able to bring it out to me. Overall, they're a good company that provides lots of different types of services.

was friendly, prompt, and performed the work in a 3-hour time period. He seemed very knowledgable about the various types of blinds I have. He explained what I should expect with the age of the blinds.

came by on time and were very courteous and professional! They did a quick estimate and quoted me a fair price for the service.

educated me on my blinds and how they were going to clean and repair them. He also showed me the before and after pictures of the blinds and let me know they sell and install blinds of all kinds. Before I knew it, they brought in blinds that literally looked brand new! These were blinds that I'm sure were never cleaned in the fifteen years before we moved into this house, so they were filthy. He told me that a once a week dusting would keep them looking good and that they suggest a professional cleaning about every two years, especially since I have a dog and use ceiling fans that move dust around.

I continued to try to call, and each time I left the week that I needed their services as part of my voice mail message. The expiration date for my Groupon was

... or even August, for that matter. First of all, should not a company still have the courtesy to call a potential client back and let them know that they were already booked so you would know you needed to get someone else... and have TIME to get someone else? But no, they just ignored me. Then secondly, I am irritated because they put out a Groupon when they didn't have enough manpower (?) to take people through their ending date,

22. I realize they had no way of knowing how much response they would get, but in that case companies put a very short time limit on the Groupon (which I have learned others do, as I have been purchasing Groupons for several years now). Was perhaps their original intent to get people to respond, and then apologize that they just couldn't take them until the fall; hence, a full year of appointments for them? I manage a customer service business, too, and it certainly appears to me that they are misleading people, and then pretending to help them out by extending the date. Or maybe they are a tiny company and should never have entered the Groupon arena, where you should not imply the availability of a service when you don't have enough people to handle the response by your ending date.
I know this sounds like an unkind review, but I am so tired of the way our society has become. Where are all the trust-worthy companies like we used to have? So frustrating.
Just taking the time here to share my experience with this company so you do not have the same problem I now have, which is "company coming, way too much overtime at work, no one to clean for a houseful of weekend guests". Unless you don't need your house cleaned for many months down the road, I would never call this company. They are probably very small and should not be in the Groupon arena. Just my two cents.

The blinds look great. I am very pleased. There were some blinds I had that took longer to clean then we anticipated. Even though it took more time, they did not charge me extra. I really appreciate the quality of the work done. It was well worth the expense then trying to clean the blinds myself.

Outstanding work. They were prompt, courteous, and did the job in one day - including removing the blinds (7), cleaning, and replacing them. Sadly, our house was rented to smokers and we were concerned that the $5000 we spent on window coverings would have gone up in cigarette smoke.

everything went well. all my blinds are Just BEAUTIFUL. I have rooms with single windows and i wanted them to match my drapes which are all different. They did a fantastic job with all their tape color choices to match my Vintage and new drapes. They take the time to work with you and give you what you want and are very patient. No job is too small for them so you will be more than pleased with their service and products. Great, great company. THANKS!!!
