I had no service on a Saturday afternoon not even my land line. Every thing was out due to another service man
up my cables in there service box. I was sent an installer the next day and a phone person. Most everything was fixed. They made another appointment for me and no one showed up. The next time a service person came out was a week later and because of the mix up they gave me a credit on my account and fixed my problems.

) went above and beyond to make sure the install was done properly and the new service was working before he left.
He first verified new lines were installed properly by AT&T. They were not so he contacted AT&T and worked with the AT&T tech to get everything working. He then crawled under my house to verify the condition of my existing phone wiring when he suspected an issue.

Initial installation went well. Service tech was polite and informative.
Approximately 2 weeks after the install, there were 3 days out of 5 where all the services went dead because of supposed maintenance on a part of the system. I was credited for this outage, but if they were doing maintenance they could have informed us instead of making us call them when service went down. Since then, everything has worked quite well with good wireless coverage in the home.

I gave it approximately two weeks and called back with the same issue. Three days later, the problem finally cleard up without them actually coming into my house.

Usually works well enough, except for times when it reacts as if some kind of

It went very well. He replaced the router and checked the modem.. He then installed a small box so that I can get more channels in a small TV in my kitchen...He was here almost one hour. I have 2 computers in my condo, because I have a care giver that lives with me. He checked both computers to see that they were functioning properly.

Initially I had trouble getting information back from the company regarding when I would be able to have services installed. My house had never been connected to their services before, so installation did not go as expected initially.

had to actually send out a construction crew to add a port to the pole on the corner of my street before the installer could install at my house. It is the communication between the construction crew and myself that was the only point of disappointment with the install. I actually never was contacted by them indicating when they would be out to install the port on the pole. However, I was given a 72 hour window for them to reply to my call and let me know, but in 48 hours they were actually on the street corner installing the port. Although I would have liked a call letting me know, I was quite happy to see them just getting it done.
Once the port was installed, I was able to schedule the actual install at the house. They were able to get me an appointment the very next day. My installation inside my home was a little more complicated than most as well because I have a TiVo DVR service. I prefer the extra features of TiVo and that is why I didn't opt for the Charter DVR. The installer was training a new installer, yet he himself had never completed a TiVo installation. He did however, read all of the literature that was provided with the equipment needed for the installation, and everything worked perfectly.
The entire installation, including running a new line from the pole to my house, only took about one and half hours. The TV channels come in very clear and there is a large variety. The internet is advertised as 30Mb/s, but I consistently get about 40Mb/s. I have not yet purchased a home phone for the phone service, so I cannot comment on that at this time. The customer service representatives are some of the nicest people I have every dealt with.
Although it took a little longer that I hoped to get my services installed, the quality of work and service received is worth it.
