is a really professional and thoughtful Veterinarian. This was the first time I have ever used a visiting
and I wasnt totally sure what to expect. But he came right in with all the equipment he needed to examine my dog and perform all the tests that needed to be done. I could not believe all the time he took calming my dog..who is shy with strangers- and answering all my many questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very gentle. I never once felt rushed or that he needed to be on his way.I would encourage anyone to have their pets treated at is so less stressful. I will highly encourage everyone to use Dr.
and I hope to use him for many years to come.

Put down my 1st pet
(16 years I had him) at the
. The staff could not have been more understanding, professional and considerate at a very difficult time for W, my wife and myself. They whisked us into a private room, handled all the paperwork in the room, they were super kind to W and us. They handled the whole sad episode with extreme comfort and class.

Everything about this place is wrong. I called to make an appointment and it seemed to be a struggle to understand that my dog needed his yearly shots, including rabies. I finally got him an appointment. I called his old vet to fax the records over, then called
Seneca Pets Provider Name Locked
to confirm the receipt of the records. They confirmed. When we arrived for the appointment, they claimed they didn't get the records. They also acted as though we were inconveniencing them by being there. After a long wait, we were called in. Our dog kept finding and eating things off the floor. Everywhere was dirty. I have no idea if he was eating medicine or treats. I was really worried. We need a few different shots, but since he was just over a year, some of them needed to wait. We knew this going in but wanted to make the appointment anyway. They were really stuck on the fact that we were 'wasting' money and should do all of the shots later, all so we could save $20. Seariously. $20. We got what we had to get and got out, I don't remember what it was, but we didn't feel it could wait. We never went back and never will.

We loved this vet! We mostly saw Dr.
Seneca Pets Provider Name Locked
, but saw a couple of others on an emergency basis. Everyone is very nice and very professional. We took our dog here as a puppy to get neutered, get his shots and a couple of other things that came up with a new puppy. We had to stop going to this vet because we moved. They were very professional and helpful in getting our dog's records transferred. I always reccommend them to new animal owners or anyone looking for a vet!

They were so wonderful in helping us through this difficult time from the vets to the assistants to the receptionists. Always helpful, patient, very loving and gentle with our cat and so compassionate. They were so sensitive when the time came to put her to sleep and lovingly helped me and our kitty through the process. I can only say good things about this clinic.

very well I have been going here since 1986 and they are alwways very professional. They explain things well and give you clear choices. They save you money everywhere they can.

The people in the office don't seem particularly knowledgeable or helpful. We brought the cats in for a secondary treatment of fleas and worms. The person answering the phone couldn't answer any of the questions we asked before bringing the cats in. We boarded them over the weekend, and had to extend their stay because the office had to cloase early on the day we were scheduled to pick them up. The office tried to overcharge us for the boarding and then say it was a balance we were carrying from the previous visit, which was incorrect. We got it resolved, but the vet never came out to speak to us face to face or to ask about our pets and if the flea treatment of the house had been successful. In another conversation a week or so later, we were told that the vet did not carry a particular brand of medicine and would not order it due to the expense. The office did call back a short time later to say that they would confirm a prescription if we ordered it online for ourselves. Felt they showed very poor customer service and concern for our pets.

When we moved to Colorado Springs in 1997 we stumbled across Dr Roeders office because she cares for birds and we had a large bird. She has taken care of all our pets through the years and she is FANTASTIC. She not only is medically top notch but her personality is the best. You will not find a better qualified and person in the city. Like most service I purchase I think it is overpriced but my assumption is she is aligned with all the other Vets in the area. I am also a tight wad so please take my cost rating with a grain of salt.

I made an appointment for 10:30 am on a Saturday at the clinic. The receptionist gave me some paperwork that I could fill out at home and bring on my appointment date, but still told me to come in early to fill out other paperwork. I liked the location because it was convenient for me and I could walk here with my dog. We showed up 10 minutes early as requested and were placed into an exam room. Oddly enough, there was no other paperwork, so I just handed them the completed paperwork and was told to wait. It was about 11 am before anyone came to check on us, so punctuality was lacking.
The vet greeted us and was very pleasant and professional as all the staff had been. She asked what problems my dog was having, and I explained. She looked in her ears, took a temperature, and ran her fingers through her fur. She told me she would write a prescription for the medication I requested and suggested a small

of steroids to help with the allergic reaction. I believe she was with us for about 5 minutes... maybe 10 at most.
The cost for the examination alone was $47 and I felt that was a little much considering there wasn't much of an examination done. I was hoping for a more thorough check-up (checking teeth, checking joints, etc) for what I paid. The price of Comfortis was on par with my past vet but the small

of steroids was a little high in comparison.
Unfortunately, my dog has a lot of allergies and although we do our best at home to eliminate them from her life, every now and then she has a run in and we have to visit a vet for one thing or another. As we had just recently moved to the area, I was really hoping this would be our "go-to" vet for any reactions she may have, but I left a little disappointed. The people were all very nice, friendly, and professional, but the punctuality wasn't there and they seemed costly for what we got.

We waited way too long to first have an assistant come in and do an intake on my dog. Then after another long wait, another
Seneca Pets Provider Name Locked
came in, looked at my folder of files on my dog and she pretty much scolded me because the file was not in the exact correct order by date. ( Mind you, we just moved here and traveled 900 miles a few days earlier.) She was just so snooty about it that it really turned us off. Then she came back in and tried a very hard sell on some expensive dog food which we bought with a coupon that time in the connected pet store. Again, we waited and waited in that small room. The vet was a very nice lady when she finally came in and we were happy with her. And then we had to wait another long time to get our meds and instructions. In the end, we got what we needed for our dog just fine, but overall the wait was way too long, the visit was very expensive and we really were put off by the "attitude". They seemed to have this really slow system where the vet tech would go all down the line to each room, then another to each room, then the vet and then the instructions...on down the line of rooms. It took forever for the vet to finally make it to your room. That's our experience.
