West Maintenance & Repair began in Galion, Ohio without company title and side work gained from the frequent passerby and word of mouth through referrals. After moving to the Charleston area in 2009 West Maintenance & Repair (West M&R) got it's start in masonry style work, and then expanded due to a demand for handyman services into the General Maintenance segment on Isle of Palms & Sullivan's Island Vacation Rental Market. West has since developed the reputation as a qualified, reasonably priced and trusted service provider. West Maintenance & Repair will differentiate from the competition by offering: low price and low minimum charge. West M&R is charging a reasonable $50 per hour + plus supply costs(materials), ONLY 1 hour minimum (in Charleston County, minimum of 2 hours for some Dorchester & Berkley County locations), in an effort to encourage you, to hire him for tasks that you would otherwise try yourself or possibly ignore until it became more of a problem. We are hopeful that his low cost, 1 hour service min. and a job well done will encourage customer to call for West's assistance earlier than they would with comparable service providers. Services West Maintenance & Repair offers the county of Charleston and select surrounding communities the finest home repair and maintenance for home owners, apartment dwellers and property managers. All services start at just $50 per hour plus materials. West Maintenance & Repair (West M&R) will perform a minimum of one hour of service at their customer's property. Repairing items is far less expensive for the consumer than replacement, therefore Shawn, the owner of West Maintenance & Repair, will make his best effort. West M&R offers a service guarantee for all of their work, if something goes wrong, West M&R will make it right. The goal is to not have any unsatisfied customers.
